Quality Agent. We met Shawna based on her reputation as an agent in the Apollo Beach area. She showed us houses we thought we were interested in as well as others based on our desired options. We made an offer on a home and after some negotiation it was accepted. Shawna was able to coordinate all the inspections in the few days we had in the area before returning to our home in another state. All went as planned and entire process was smooth. When we took possession Shawna was there for us and assisted with several items that were really beyond the scope of the sale and made the transition to our new home much easier. Highly recommend Shawna, especially for her local knowledge.

Really made selling a home easy. Shawna explained the whole process well. Gave us a range on suggested selling price and her team made the whole process easy. We listed the house and received an offer on it our first weekend. They helped with staging and made amazing social media posts to drive new buyers to view it.

Shawna I wanted to send a grateful thank you for helping me with my recent home sale. To think that I've never actually met you in person, and to feel so at ease with the whole process I think speaks highly of your character and integrity. To think the realtor prior to you had the home listed for 4 months producing nothing really of substance; and you had the home for less than a month and brought more substantial offers to the table that ultimately led to its sale is amazing. You recognized what the home needed to get this done, and had the resources to accomplish this in a very efficient and fluid manner. Any issues that came about were dealt with in a very "cool and collected" way and there was very little assistance needed from myself during the process, a great thing when you are selling from multiple states away! Thanks again, you are a true master of your craft.

We met Shawna at an open house. We were just looking at the time, but connected with her immediately on both a personal and professional level. We were from out of town so she provided us with great information regarding the subdivision that we were interested in. She gave us an impromptu tour and answered all of our questions. Dan Skarshaug & LissetteWonderful Experience! We first met Shawna in the summer of 2020, she showed us a few homes in the Apollo Beach area. We then came back to Florida in 2021 and she showed us several other homes. We finally moved to Florida in August of 2022, since then she showed us many more homes. Shawna was always professional. She was also extremely patient with us! She took her time with us and never pressured us to purchase a home. When we finally found our dream house, she helped us through every step of the process. We are very happy with Shawna and the service that she provided us with.

Awesome experience - knows her stuff! Amazing experience start to finish. Shawna is an expert in the Apollo Beach market. I so enjoyed her approached compared to others I have worked with in the past. She always maintained an objective approach - adding her insight and knowledge, but allowing me to make the final decisions. She has a soft sell approach and is an excellent closer - going to bat for her clients especially in the negotiating of the contract phase. I would recommend her to anyone......she is one of the best I have used!
