Bluff Storage has been great! If you call and don’t get them, they call you back whether you leave a message or not. Knowledgeable and courteous staff who always have answers to any questions. Convenient options to set up rental, online or by phone!

Under great management, she seems very easy to work with & we have had no issues. Great customer service, location is easy access, & I have went at night. The place is very well, good lighting & cameras. I really like that I can text her & I don’t have to call, that’s a HUGE plus!

They are quick to respond with any issue I have ever had and their customer service is incredible. The storage facility area is clean and looked after. I can't imagine storing my things any where else.

It's very convenient everything done online and once your locked out you pay and they give you code to remove lock and drop in lock box very nice people!

With the old owners I had issues, The unit I had was full of random junk and they were wanting me to pay to get it all removed although it was their fault and it was just a huge NO. Under new Ownership, Bluff road storage is a great place to rent from. Ms.Rebekah Cares a lot about her tenants and wants nothing more than to make sure they're getting taken care of. 10/10 Recommend
