From early November 2023 until late January, 2024, I left Chicago area on my bicycle with only my dog and peddled to Key West Florida. During that trip, early January 2024, when it was very cold yes in Florida there, it’s cold and about to get very wet, my bicycle needed three minor, very small bolts to secure the racks for the luggage, tiny little things, but the bike was not rideable and there’s no bicycle repair shops within hundreds of miles of this team, they understood Jenny were on them rather precarious situation, the three of them work together for over an hour to make sure I had everything I needed to the bike would be secure and safe to be on our way before the weather got worse thank you everyone
