I was especially happy that he was able to slip me into his schedule. I did have problems talking with him over the phone because I believe his cell reception is weak. Overcoming the phone issue was worth the trouble.”

“Had our new Chevy Equinox readied for towing just the other day. This was our first time flat towing (or towing any vehicle tbh) and the car took one full day to be done. The workmanship was impeccable and they spent roughly 90 minutes with us afterwards making sure to walk through how to hook up and unhook, and answering any questions we might have. This morning we set out for the first time flat towing on our own and it was very easy and comfortable. Highly recommended!”
“O'Reilly Auto Parts I've done repairs on vehicles ever since I was a child if I'm buying parts to fix a car it's a lot of work today I'm going to O'Reilly's because their parts are quality and all the stores aren't like that but you'll learn that if you work on enough cars where you have to constantly keep taking stuff back because you've already installed it and it doesn't work not in the store I've never bought a part in a store yet that didn't work big thumbs up here”

They told me that it was fine, they even filled up my tires all the way so I could get home safely (I was driving to Orlando). 10/10 would recommend, they were very quick and kind!”

“I normally don't write reviews but I need to share my experience with Tony's. I called on Monday morning (yes holiday week) and explained to Denish that my window was half way down and would not go up or down. (I was already told by someone else that it was the motor & regulator and too be prepared). Denish told me come right over. Tony's fixed my car promptly. They were fair and reasonable with this repair. While they had my car, I asked that they go ahead and change the oil and windshield wipers and they could have said no because they were very busy with other customers that had appointments but they didn't. Small family business and HONEST! Thank you for squeezing me in, I know your shop was busy. I APPRECIATE YOU AND WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYONE I KNOW Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving.”

“If there is an Advanced Auto store when I need parts, I will choose them over the competition, even if it's further away. Every store I have ever been to has polite, helpful, knowledgeable staff. I don't think I have ever walked out of one of their stores with the wrong part, which is more than I can say for the others I've been to. They always have a decent selection of parts, ranging from the cheap OEM to high quality replacements on most commonly stocked parts. If they don't have it for some reason, they can usually order it from a nearby store and have it the next day. They are always running specials on oil change stuff, which is great to be able to save money, especially when that has gotten so expensive to do. I've been a loyal customer since the name was Discount Auto, and so long as they keep treating me like they always have, I will stay that way. It's nice to have employees that know what they're doing to help ]out find that part you need, even if you're not sure what it's called, they can help you figure it.out with even the worst description.”
