Walked into this store with high hopes of finding some shirts for my boys. However, I was met with, not only a nasty smell that was so bad I honestly couldn’t breathe, but the lady employee seemed annoyed, at best, that my friend and I opened the door to come in. Almost like we were bothering her!! In all my life I have never experienced someone with absolutely ZERO customer service skills!!! I finally sat down today and looked up the reviews of this store and am in total disbelief that this woman still works there, as it seems many have had the same awful experience with this same woman (or maybe she is the owner?) Very disappointed to be treated so rudely when on vacation looking to purchase gifts. On the other hand if you walk a few doors down to the Island Fresh clothing store, you will experience the joyful meaning of “customer service” with a happy, welcoming & delightful young lady named Suzette.

There are two sides to this business. One side nice tshirts and the usual stuff. Nice store. The other side is some lovely casual, boho, beach chic apparel and accessories. Very pretty. I really wanted to buy something. I wanted to give them my money. The shop associate couldn't have been colder or less attentive. Well maybe she could have. When I decided, I was ready to go, my husband politely said good bye to her. He told her she had a lovely store. In a nut shell, she said, I know, the other store is for tourists. The lady in the tshirts shop, was just as rude and cold. However when we bought stuff she said have a nice day while looking away with an angry look on her face. ?

I go yearly to AMI, sometimes more. I live in Orlando. On my last trip I needed a bathing suit for my grandson I ran in to ask if they had any and the woman said. “No one sells boys suits on the island “. So rude!! Well I found them later “on the island “. But that’s my last visit there. So rude for no reason

My family is vacationing on Anna Maria and went downtown for breakfast and decided to stop at a few shops afterwards. We had a horrible experience here. My husband was outside with the our 10 year old well behaved lab and our two month old baby. I stepped outside to help console our baby and feed him. I planned on going back in to shop after breastfeeding on the bench out front. While feeding my husband stood next to me with the stroller and dog. There was still a couple feet of walkway and intended to move the stroller out of the way if anyone wanted to walk by but there were zero customers in sight. The woman that was inside the shop went out of her way to come outside and approach me and my husband while I was still breastfeeding to tell us to move because we were in the way of people walking by. She made me feel very unwelcome. As a mother trying to console and feed her baby, I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed. With so many other shopping options on Anna Maria, I will not be going back to this shop and encourage others to avoid as well. I will be giving my business to shops that are family friendly and not judgemental.Edit: I appreciate the quick response. I was at this shop today, 12/11 right before 10am.

They carry the prettiest colored t shirts! Great place to take home a souvenir from Anna Maria Island. They have Mens, Womens, and even kids items and two stores in the same building separated in the middle by a coffee shop and ice cream parlor. I think they could have been more customer friendly, but over all a lot of nice things to choose from.

Stopped in here on the way to kayak to grab some sunscreen. Found the cutest shorts and tanks, so my friend and I decided we had to go back after to buy them. On our return back the lady at the cash register offered us bags for our wet clothes too, which was a big help. We appreciated her friendliness and the cute comfy fit we both bought!

My girls and I found stickers, sweatshirt and T-shirts that we liked from here. Lots to choose from. After we got back to the house, my daughter was concerned her shift was smaller than she liked. A couple days later we headed back up there to exchange it. They couldn't have been nicer about it. During both interactions we had, they were helpful and pleasant. I'd go back if we ever are able to visit AMI again.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Our family was visiting Disney World in Orlando. My cousin, my brother, and I decide to go down to Anna Marie Island for a get away just the three of us. So we go down there. Got some Ice Cream at Two Scoops (which I would totally recommend!), and then proceeded (to our dismay) to enter this shop. We were not greeted with a "Hi! Welcome to Two Sides of Nature!" Or even a "Hi! How are you? Is there anything we can do for you?"We were immediately met with a woman in a scowling face, saying, "What can I help you with?!" in THE MOST rude tone ever! As we were browsing, this same woman is seemingly following us around (presumably because we're young) and rudely shoving her way past us.THAT'S NOT ALL FOLKS...and this is the kicker! As my brother proceeded to PURCHASE a T-shirt, the price was $12 (plus tax), and clearly marked as such on the stickers and the signs posted around the area for those shirts and others. Next thing he knows, she's charging him $21, saying, "We just went up!". She then walks over there, flips the sign obviously UPSIDE DOWN, and proceeds to again try and charge him $20! What a dishonest thing to do!He hands her $12 (and some change), he gets the T-shirt, and leaves. I had stepped out, because of that rude lady. If I had been in there, I would have said to keep your dang shirt and we won’t be shopping here again!I WOULD NOT recommend this rude place to ANYONE unless you want a real damper to your vacation to Anna Marie Island.EDIT: I couldn’t figure out how to reply, so I’ll add it in, this was at the Bay Blvd location on Anna Marie Island. Yes, there was a sale sign that said $12.99 on it. Me and my brother both saw it (before I stepped outside of course). The Two scoops location was fine. Didn’t have an issue there; it was only when us young folks who like to cause trouble walked into the other store that we were treated rudely.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I'm usually not one to publish scathingly negative reviews, especially about a small business such as this one. The small business sector is so fragile right now. Is there anything we can do for you?" We were immediately met with a woman in a scowling face, saying, "What can I help you with?!" in THE MOST rude tone ever! He hands her $12 (and some change), he gets the T-shirt, and leaves. I WOULD NOT recommend this rude place to ANYONE unless you want a real damper to your vacation to Anna Marie Island. EDIT: This was on March 20, 2022; hopefully the owners will see this and examine who was working that day and fire this rude employee who does not have an ounce of customer service skill. It's bad marketing at best and plain nasty at worst. If I receive a positive response, I will consider raising the stars on my review.

A bit pricey overall (not compared to other stores on AMI) but honestly the BEST place on the entire island for quality t-shirts that will last you years. A must visit every year we come.

This is a must stop when visiting the island! Best TShirts selection ever! We typically get a family photo the last night at sunset in our new shirts. Tradition.

Clean, well stocked store with helpful staff. They didn’t have the size of the sweatshirt my daughter wanted, but they shipped it to us. They were so nice to send it 2 day priority, as their supplier was a little slow. You can also shop on line through their website. I appreciate the full service!

Prices are way too high, and as soon as you walk in you are asked to put on mask. SERIOUSLY...ENOUGH ALREADY. We simply walked out. Can find the same stuff half the price all over and aren’t required to wear a mask suffocating in this heat and humility. PLUS IT WAS ORDERED BY GOVERNOR THAT IT WAS NOT A MANDATE
