“This placce is a "MUST STOP AT" every time i visit the island. Love this little store ! It has great food and grocery items that come in handy when you are at this end of the island. They even have a little gift shop with icecream !I think the cutest part is that they even advertise other local businesses on the island and it gives it a small town feeling.”

“Just got through shopping here, and I spent barely $100 on groceries that anywhere else would have probably cost double that. They may not be the same brands, but it is the same quality, and you doing enough research? And you realize the brand names really are not much different and they actually come from the same companies anyway with packaged items. This store was very clean, very neat, and very easy to navigate. The produce was also very fresh in comparison to other stores like Walmart or anything of the like. I sincerely appreciate the cheaper prices on everything there, even though I have to supply my own bags. Definitely worth it in comparison.”

“This store was never on my radar until the last few years. Although the store is currently under a new design with every thing being moved, it is now my first stop for shopping. Whether the full cart or just a few items Winn Dixie gets our $. The GOGOS are the best around!! Never had a snobby employee. Never a problem with Freshness. #1!!”

“I shopped here for nearly 20 years before moving out of Florida altogether. The owners were always super kind and friendly. Store is well-stocked with pretty much anything you could need. Growing up in NW Bradenton, it was a super convenient location to ride my bike to. As I got older, it remained a local staple and many late night snack/beer runs were made here. It is an all-around great store. 5/5 stars.”
“Devin, Marion and Tom is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! There's so many things that I can say about them but I'm not going to take all of your time. Devin is Absolutely Perfect for Dollar General. He always helps me when I need something, he dropped everything and he rings me up with a Smile and Accuracy. When he's not at the register he's always working putting things up and with the smile he always be I love him dearly that is the way customer service is supposed to be and Devin has perfected that. Marion. When I first met Marion I came in the store and mind you I moved from Parrish Florida all the way over here to the West Side. Marion has always helped me with anything that I've needed came to her with the concern because as an Black Bahamian woman I needed product for Blacks. . She works so hard to get that for us there has never been a variety like this EVER in any store I've ever been in I want to say that Marian has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! She is prompt with whatever you ask for she gets the job done with the smime. We have great conversations I love her also. Tom. Words can't I express the Joy that I feel when I come to the store because Tom is someone who can lift your Spirit even if you're having a bad day. He spe5ak loud and clear he remembers your name, he knows what he's talking about the last time you're seen. He he helps in EVERY way. I love Tom also. The moral of this story is that customer service is more than customer service you have to show your people that you care about them. Devin, Marion and Tom has shown that I give them five stars every time I see them I have a smile on my face. I recommend everyone to come to the Dollar General on Cortez Road close by the beach you guys are awesome thank you for what you do!!!”

And anyone who says " several" has definitely been exaggerating because if you were annoyed the first time you shouldn't have gone back, if you were annoyed the second time you shouldn't have gone back and if you really thought she was that much of a B**** You would not have gone back five more times to realize that several times you've seen her act this way. Working for minimum-wage at a store like this or on salary to work over 80 hours a week isnt the best experience. believe it. I wonder what you actually do. Have some sympathy. And don't exaggerate. This comment could've got her fired for all you know and I've been in that store many times and she's a wonderful person. You could just be the one that's hard to deal with.
