5 star service all the way. Called in the morning and was told our beach chair and umbrella would be delivered at noon and they were. Friendly staff, great prices and easy process. Made our vacation hassle free.

We had a GREAT experience renting from Beach Bums. We got a tandem bike (2 18 year old ladies) and 1 beach cruiser. They were at our ABNB when arrived and picked up after we left, so we were able to use them the entire time. The girls loved the tandem bike. Took them just a bit to figure out, but then they loved it. We go to AMI regularly so my daughter was able to be up front and steer easily. If you aren't familiar with the island, it might be a little tougher.
We had a tire blow out on the tandem and they got us another very quickly.
Super nice to do the reservations with (you have to do them live, no internet reservation system, but that worked to our benefit as they helped us with pricing and picking).
I love spending money with nice people, and they were super nice. We never made it to their shop, but have that on the list for the next time we come.
The parrot horns were a BIG hit with everyone we passed by!
How I didn't get more pictures, I'll never know!
We'll rent again next time for sure!

We have rented from Beach Bums for years every time we come down to AMI. We had an issue with a couple of our rented items this week when we arrived. They quickly (within 30 min) came out to swap out the rentals. I can't say enough about their customer service. What a great experience!

I called this store in the morning after opening time to ask about renting a bike. There was a voicemail, telling me to leave a message, which I did. After not hearing back after several hours, I called again and got the same voicemail. As it was getting close to the store closing time, I decided to drive the 20 minutes and visit in person. The gentleman working in the store was neither courteous nor friendly. He told me he had nothing available as we were standing in a room overflowing with bikes.

Absolutely wonderful experience renting from Beach Bums. They were the only rental place that I could find that would rent to people staying off of the island. We will be back for sure!!

NO PARKING WE LOOKED FOR 2 DAYS
To give them credit, they did get in touch with me and explained the parking
Situation. So they are nice people and care about what you think about their business. When someone cares enough to call, I'm nice enough to give them credit for doing the right thing.

Loved renting the surrie bike from Beach Bums! We walked in and were served right away - we rented the bike for an hour and they suggested a route to go. It was a lot of fun and the price was great for the hour rental! Would do it again for sure

We rented bicycles, chairs and an umbrella for a week. All of the equipment had been delivered to our rental and was waiting on us upon our arrival. Everything was in great condition and of good quality. Friendly staff, easy reservation process. We would definitely utilize Beach Bums for our rental needs when we return to AMI.
