I love the Alva post office. It's small and approachable, with friendly people. However, I would advise you to go to the courthouse (2115 2nd Street, Downtown Fort Myers) for passports. Passport assistance at this smaller location can be hit or miss.

The blonde lady who helped me was very polite, patient, and helpful with my passport application submission process even after a few back and forth mistakes. Utterly an amazing employee for this location.
