“Having any repair done on a car today can be expensive. But dealing with this shop was extremely pleasant. The work was done timely and at the price quoted. They are what I call old school mechanics. No upsells, no fake problems, they do what they say and say what they do. I'm glad I found them. I'm only sad I never gave them a try before this. Like many, I fell into the "chain repair shops" where profit is more important than service. At PM their handshake seals the deal. No doubt I'll be back, hopefully only for regular maintenance ??”

“My experience with this dealership was amazing. My experience started a Destination Motorsports in Punta Gorda where I nearly got arrested because I called them out on a lie. I was trespassed and made to leave the dealership. There is a lot to the story but let me compliment McGibbons on their outstanding customer service. This place is the bomb! “Paul is a very honest and fair mechanic !! He replaced my engine in my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 5.9l. I had some loose and missing bolts that I didn't know about. He tightened them and put new ones in that had came out. He went above and beyond what no other mechanic would. He replaced a few things, and didn't charge me a dime !! Sent me pics of the old motor when he took it out. Pics of the new motor before he put it in my truck. Kept me posted every step of the way. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. I wish I could give him 10 stars, cuz that's what he deserves !!! I won't go anywhere else !! I've referred everyone I know that needs Ac work, engine work or tires. Thanks Paul. “Not only are they open on Sundays. But I went in not knowing if I needed a new tire or just needed a plug. The guy that took care of me could’ve easily said yes you need a new tire but he took care of me and plugged my tire which is all it needed and he added air to all my other tires per my request!”

“The reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of the courteous and professional manner of the employees. That started with Tom, who I spoke to the day before I had to bring in my truck, and he made sure he had a battery in stock that would fit my truck, so I wouldn't have a wasted trip. He also told me what the total would be, another plus. On the day of, Edwin was the counter help, and he was friendly and kept me in the loop and explained in detail answers to any questions I had. Orlando was the mechanic, and when the check engine light came on after I left, he came out to re-check the system, but after shutting the engine off and starting it a couple times, the light went off. Orlando told me to come back and he would check if it came on again. They made me feel as if they had my back.Speaking of back, it's the little things, but that parking lot is busy. Orlando backed my vehicle in so it was safer for me to pull out. I appreciated that, too! And that sign on the wall about attitude. So true!”
