“We went to the US Post Office in Paisley to turn in our Passport applications and Ms Smart was AWESOME! The process was so easy, call to make an appointment, fill out your application online or on-site, take your paperwork with you and get it done! They can even take your passport pictures right then AND take payment without having to get money orders or cashier's checks like when you go to other passport offices! I don't understand why anyone would give negative reviews, this was a painless process and the staff is very nice!”
