“Today, my sister, mother, and I all went to this torrid location and we had the best experience. Reagan helped us and she was the sweetest most patient angel. She assisted us all and even accommodated with my special needs sister who needed some assistance with a bra fitting. Same with finding my mother a bra that would fit perfectly. She was truly fantastic and we had the best experience in torrid because of her. She was honest with us and helped us 100%. “We had a wonderful experience in this location. We had been searching for Loungefly Backpacks for our Disney Trip and had jus not seen any we wanted. Well this store had a GREAT selection. But the team member that helped us was what made our visit incredible. I do not remember her name bc I threw my receipt away...but is was Wed Dec 13th midday if her boss sees this lol. She searched the back for more product to make sure we saw everything, she listened to us talk about our trip and our service dogs with their mickey ears for the trip. She was absolutely wonderful .”
“The location itself is pretty normal for what you'd expect for this chain. However, the staff here make it exceptional. We were greeted right when we walked in and told about all the different offers and sales that we're going on. We are also offered any help if we needed it while we walked around the store. I was looking for my niece as she really likes the shirts and hoodies that she can get here, however, they don't have one close to their house.As I walked around everything was in order and kept clean. It was easy to shop for the right size because they were clearly marked and in the right place. I like when stores do this because it makes it easier to grab what I want. They had a decent sized sale section in the back of the store for both men and women.At the register there were a couple people in line, however it moved very quickly. This doesn't mean that service lacked here. They were still just as friendly and welcoming at the register Bay. I was able to get one sweater and two T-shirts for just $20.Overall: AGreat experience with wonderful staff. Decent sized sale section!”
“I wear a size 14 and they only had a few styles in my size but that’s ok. The customer service I got from Mallory, Fallon and Jackson was A+ they did everything in their power to make sure I got what I needed from trying to see if they had a style of shoe in my size online or at a another store. Although I didn’t get the Red old skools in my size but I walked out of the store with 2 pairs of shoes. I will always come back because they help me out tremendously”
“Went to express for the first time ever to purchase a suit . The customer service an quality of care, concern an help I received from employee Vanely was phenomenal..she truly went above an beyond to help me find a suit (hints: pants ) that would fit my short self ..she never gave up for I wanted to rather quickly an needless to say I actually ended up purchasing a complete look to include the shirt… employee Vanely was so sweet, very attentive and patient lol …she was a blessing to be there in the store that day because I’d actually go back to express now to look around for other things .Thank you again”

“An adorable boutique style store that offers a variety of accessories and clothing options. They are on the second floor of the mall and near to Sephora if you are looking for it. The staff was very welcoming and offered me any help if I needed it.I ventured around and looked at all the fun stuff. Several of the fun tables caught my eye and things on them would make great gifts for a friend! I like their fun candles and jewelry.The clothing is not quite my style, but I could see myself buying a piece here or there when something does strike my interest! The fitting rooms were closed, as most places are doing right now.Overall: ACute little boutique style shop with fun items.”

I went in today to get a suit for my wedding, and she was super friendly and helpful. He helped me find the perfect suit and shirt. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a suit to go to JCPenny and ask for her. She is wonderful and true delight to have had.”
“My favorite perfume rollerball was running super low during Christmas, so I started looking around for great specials, and I scored. Wanted to get another rollerball, but you're paying $31 for only half of an ounce, so I decided to get another full bottle. Looking throughout different websites (Ulta, Lancome, Sephora) when I took a quick look on Macy's website and found the best price. For $128 (then add on $8 in taxes), I was able to get the refillable 5 fl oz/150ml sized bottle of La vie est Belle l'eau de parfum, which the refill for goes around $90, I am in love. This special also came with a lovely gift of six little makeup items and a pretty makeup bag for future use. This size of parfum usually goes for $168. Even the 3.4 oz one can be $144, so this price was wonderful.I decided to do an in-store pickup because, though I have never had a porch steal happen, one never knows, and this package was too pricey. The email with the instructions on where to pick up at the Altamonte Springs Mall was easy to follow. Walked in and showed my ID a good five minutes later, I was heading home with my purchase.”

“I never even knew they had a plus size section in this store. My first time going upstairs and they had mom jeans on sale for $7. Here's the kicker...I'm normally a size 20 but the Jean's ran so big, I was able to get into a size 16. Yesssss....to the mom Jean's for $7!!”

“Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Brett and Brian were the main guys that helped me, but other staff members also contributed to making my first kayak purchase a very enjoyable experience. They threw in a few extras to help me get my kayak loaded and even demonstrated how to load and unload my kayak. They were running some pretty good sales, and even price matched an item for me. If you're in the market for outdoor gear, I highly recommend this place based on the sheer merit of the staff working here.”
