No matter the branch, this bank is terrible. They don't care about their customers. I called late at night because my card got blocked due to activity. It was my activity cause I couldn't find my wallet.

Not really, I can't access my money till 7pm Sunday cause it is locked, that's 16 hours away . Do not bank with these morons and I'm being polite with what I say cause I don't want my point to be lost. I'm leaving a review on every branch I can find near me . If I have money in a bank account with you, I should always be able to access MY MONEY! Thanks for the protection but you should always be able to solve this issue. I've said it on other reviews, what if I needed gas and was far from home?

Glad your update on your system is being done but what about the customer and their inconvenience??? Wells Fargo you are dropping the ball

The worst bank very rude staff and the Indian woman that works there is a monster very racist the whole bank is awful...need more training and a face-lift on coustomer service

Excellent service. Our bank teller was super friendly and was able to get what we needed done with much quickness. There is an ATM but not a drive up ATM machine. Check for hours of operation. They vary between locations.
