You can forget reaching this branch on the telephone. After their computer answers, you get all kinds of automated prompts. Eventually, a real person answers, BUT it's someone at their central Call Center! They ask, "Would you like me to connect you to a person at the branch?" Of course I answer, "Yes please." Then guess what?! You get routed to the same set of automated questions - ending up 5 minutes later at the central Call Center again. After 25 minutes of this nonsense I gave up. Later, I called another branch in the area...and the SAME THING HAPPENED! So, I'm guessing this is a regional or nationwide problem. It doesn't speak well for Wells Fargo and customer relations. Perhaps they should hire people that can actually fix things and thus improve customer service?!

I’ve been with you guys since 2015 this is my first ever complaint or rant! I put 200$ in your atm machine and it only took 100$! It ate the other 100$ I’ve been calling like crazy to get my extra 200$ to claims specialist and nothing! No update other than wait 10 business days! If I don’t get my money back that I deserve I will sue this branch! Yes I wil! I won’t forget or go out without a fight!

Please trust the reviews. This branch sucks...and it is not a branch for people of color. I don't bank with them, I have a decade old account I'm trying to close and have been ignored for 30 mins. IMO, Chase is the superior bank anyway.....

Searching for a branch that is closer to my new home. Went to another location weeks ago but was not pleased with the service. Tried this location yesterday to see if I will have any luck… Thanks Maria for the great service! Professional, friendly, and patient. Discussed and helped me with my account perfectly. Went back today for more service because of a great experience!

Have called Seven (7) times over a Four (4) month period.This Branch NEVER Picks up.Goes to a call Center.Waited Seven (7) minutes before they answered today.Then after explaining my issue, they Hung up.Second call, Lady accused me of saying vulgar language.A TOTAL LIEI Really hope my call was recorded so they can Terminate this customer service associate.After 30 plus years I am Changing Banks.Wud Give ZERO STARS BUT That is not an option

Horrible Service!! I have to wait in Drive through 30 minutes because they only have one window open then when I get up there they say sorry, it’s closing time. Moving my 32 year relationship to Chase. ::::::update showing how poor their service is … months after review posted they apologize for being behind and wanting to know if they can help…. Like people wait months and are ok with that ….. rotten at the root!!

Terrible service, I went to open an account (I already had one previously) they made me go twice because I supposedly have a negative balance. But I have to take care of solving it. I don't know why they made me come back just to tell me that.

Went in to close 2 accounts the employee said I had to come back the next day to close it out, when the 1800 number said just pop into any Wells Fargo and they will close it. It took 3 hours to close 2 accounts and had to see the branch manager to do it! Then Wells Fargo blew up my phone trying to get me back. Big Banks are the worst I hope WF fails

I love this bank! I rarely wait in lines, whether to make a deposit, have something notarized, etc. Also, they utilize their drive-thru lanes, unlike Bank of America down the road. I recommend this branch of Wells Fargo highly! I've rarely, if ever had a problem with the ATM machine and have been a customer since before it was Wells Fargo.
