I Paid for an Uber to go to the FEDEX but unfortunately it took me to Walgreens. When I explained to the cashier that I was looking for a FEDEX to fax a document she said that Walgreens did not offer that service. She pointed me in the direction of a Staples in the Strip Mall across the street. However, when I got there they were closed. By this time, my phone had died and I did not have my charger. So I walked back to the Walgreens to purchase a charger so I could get an Uber home. The REN# 1640-4713-7696-2410-1703 is the receipt with the charger information. After I made the purchase, I asked the same cashier if there was an outlet I could use and she said they were not allowed to take it behind the counter. So I asked if there was a Walgreens consultation room for Walgreens customer's and she pointed me in the direction of the pharmacy. After shortly charging my phone, an employee who would not provide her name told me that Walgreens does not allow people to charge their phone as it was a liability. I replied that I had just purchased the charger from their store and my phone had died. I needed to use the outlet to get back home. She repeated the statement and fortunately there had been enough time passed that I could open my Uber App to order a ride home. I went to the Walgreens website to find out if that was true and although I could not find anything remotely to what she claimed, I did find the Walgreen's 3 C's and think she certainly needs to learn those before she is allowed back on the sales floor!!

There's NO excuse for walgreens to be closed. Its been enough time to fix any problems and reopen. I can't even get my RX.

The most hateful chain store I've ever seen in the US and the most tribble of them is this one!
My kid's doctor forgot to write one of the drugs in his prescription. When I picked up the order, they told me they had communicated with the doctor's office and that the issue would not be solved until tomorrow. I was driving home when my wife called me and told me she talked to the doctor's nurse. She stated someone from Walgreens called her, and the problem was solved. I arrived home and realized that my boy had a fever. I came back to the store again. On the way, I called the pharmacist and told her that my wife called the doctor, and her nurse told her the issue was solved. The staff knew that, but she did not tell me because it was 9:30, and they wanted to close the store. They wasted more than 3 hours of my day.
This was not the first time that this situation happened to me. 1.5 years ago, my wife delivered. Because of the Cesarean section, her belly hurt awful. Her doctor sent the prescription to another Walgreens. When I arrived there, they stated that because of some problem, they could not accept customers.
Another time, my wife's doctor sent her prescription to the Lake Mary store while she had asked him to send it to this one. I drove from Longwood to Lake Mary, but their network was down, and no customers were accepted!
The next time I go to Walgreens, probably I am loosing my life and won't have any option!!!

never had an issue filling my script and the dumb b who picked up today lied and said they told me that they couldn’t fill my script a year ago. Which is a lie the Walgreens in another location told me this not this one. They have been filling my script for almost two years and now it’s an issue. The old staff was sweet with zero issues whoever this new tech/pharmacist is I wish you the worst in life you entitled uptight witch.

It was one of my favorite stores to go to print and take photos! But today the treatment was racist and they didn't even help me with what I needed!! The staff that served me was super rude when serving the public.

Had nothing but issues at this location. They messed up my passport photo a couple of months ago and had to find a more expensive option.But this last week made me so irritated. I came in after a week of my photo order saying it was ready for pickup. I had worked a 12 hour day and driven out of my way to get the order. I waited in line and the guy working acted super apathetic and told me my order hadn't been finish and would take 15-20 minutes to assemble. Why couldn't he call a manager to come help...?? I was annoyed and emailed customer service. They assured me they reached out to the location and they would be in contact. The location obviously doesnt care and never did. So then I gave it another week and made the time to come, only to be greeted by a giant line of 6 people. I tool this photo after a few walked out mad. Terrible location and I'll just go to CVS now.

This store is a shell of what it used to be. Ever since the new management entered the picture, this specific store has become a nightmare. The manager and co-manager, John and Nicole, are some of the rudest people I have ever come across. Not only do they care very little for the wellbeing of their employees, but they have the gall to disrespect and yell at them in front of customers too! The former manager, Amber, was a much kinder and understanding woman while these two try to get away with calling themselves 'managers' but just walk around aimlessly and act like their employees aren't getting work done when they themselves are doing nothing! All I can say is, do better. Walgreens could do so much better than these two pathetic excuses for management. I will never be setting foot in this Walgreens branch again so long as these two can continue running this store into the grave unchecked. Do. Better. Walgreens.

They'd rather you go through withdrawals over the weekend then let you use a STATE ISSUED ID when you lose your driver's license. Morally bankrupt company. I'll drive past them to another pharmacy in the future.

This 5 star review is specifically for the Store Manager, Amber Lee. I was being given a very hard time by the pharmacist regarding having a prescription filled and using the goodRX coupon I always use. The reason I use the coupon is because I don’t have insurance. Within 30 seconds of speaking with Amber Lee, she was able to effectively communicate and have my prescription filled with the coupon honored. Super grateful for her assistance, awesome listening skills, and ability to resolve the issue immediately.

What a terrible attitude the female DR tall women black hair from the pharmacy have always is the same she should treat better customers and explore more options in order to help the customers. That’s what Dr do help people.

The pharmacist Ryan is the rudest unprofessional being I ever met. He approaches every question/ situation cantankerously. He never smiles or greets costumers in a way that is respectful . He is awful!
