The manager at this store (Mercedes) is seriously amazing! Everyone knows phone stuff can be such a pain but she makes it easy and is willing to help you through every step of the way while making sure everyone is taking care of at the same time multitasking magician!

You people need to figure out a way to secure your devices that are being shipped. There’s no reason why MY brand new, over 1k dollar phone should be able to easily be stolen and tampered with. VERY disappointed in the shipping service provided. at this point, people just need to waste their time and gas and money driving to the store to get a new phone because nothing can be trusted from these people.

Excellent!!! We were experiencing major technological issues. We then wanted to split the plan but our account manager was giving us difficulties. However, Megan helped and guided us through every step with her exceptional customer service. We've been to this branch of Verizon multiple times and never disappointed.

I'm not sure where to begin other than they need to replace every employee at this location, starting with the management who has an excuse for every bad thing that happens (Mike). Don't waste your time making an appointment, because they're going to take everybody else in the order they arrived, regardless of their recommended appointment process. I've been to the store three times in the last week for various reasons. First, they did not properly set up my account and my bill went up over $100. Second, they didn't properly set up the data plan as described. Lastly, I had to switch the phone because the model wasn't meeting my needs. The employee started with "I am new, so I'm not sure what I'm doing ". If it's not Eddie mumbling his way through the interaction while staring at his iPad screen, it's the other employees who seem to fake it until they make it. Save yourself the frustration and go someplace else.

We went in to purchase a new phone. 2 men were working with customers, and I noticed 2 more workers in the back. I approached them and asked for help with phone. They were cold and stand offish and the woman was wearing a MANAGER badge. We caught the eye of another worker and he said "I'll be with you shortly". At no time did anyone welcome us to the store or tell us we had to sign in via tablet. So we waited for almost 30 minutes before he told us we needed to sign in. The 2 in the back (Manager) were flirting with each other and did not want to be bothered by customers. We finally got the phone and specifically told him we did not want phone insurance. I just got an email today stating I have phone insurance! The Verizon store on 434 is much better- don't waste your time at the Altamonte one.

Horrible customer service. Spend time chatting with each other while customers wait. Unless you are buying a new device they direct you to call the 1-800 number for customer service. Don't even listen to what the problem is, keep talking over me as I speak, directing me to customer service. The people who work here hate their jobs and their customers, it's evident.

Got a S21 Ultra two days ago. I've had to come in three times in 4 hours due to various issues. All three times the employees were dismissive and tried to shove me away by sending me to tech support which doesn't answer your calls.in the 5 years I've used Verizon I have spent almost $10,000 on your products and services and this is how you treat a long time customer? Might as well go elsewhere. Your ridiculous prices were once justified by your customer service, but now that it has snowballed there is no need.
