Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Brett and Brian were the main guys that helped me, but other staff members also contributed to making my first kayak purchase a very enjoyable experience. They threw in a few extras to help me get my kayak loaded and even demonstrated how to load and unload my kayak. They were running some pretty good sales, and even price matched an item for me. If you're in the market for outdoor gear, I highly recommend this place based on the sheer merit of the staff working here.

Went here for a new kayak seat. I had such a great experience that I went back for a new kayak. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service. Not only will I be back. But I highly recommend it. This place is a true gem.

When the price for a jacket seemed too good to be true, I wondered when I didn't get an email confirmation of my purchase. But then someone called me to tell me they didn't have the item that I had ordered, they sent me a different one of my choosing and a postage paid return label in case it didn't work out. I haven't experienced that level of customer service in so long that I can't give them enough stars!

I can't say thank you enough to such wonderful individuals that work here. Great communication, follow through and very caring about their customers. For an individual that hasn't stepped foot inside the store they made purchasing the kayak I've been trying to get my hands on for months now a dream come true. From Florida to Ohio I was extremely worried about the shipping issue. They even helped with that and vetted the driver too! Added extra padding for the kayak above and beyond in my books. Great selection and very helpful.Best local spot for Scout uniforms.They now carry Mystery Ranch packs (only local spot I know of), which is in my opinion the best non ultralight pack brand.The best place around for all the outdoor items and brands others don't carry.

Great place to be able to find what your looking for and view it all in person instead of trying to order something online and having to deal with the hassles. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with TCO! I am always a bit skeptical about buying gear from new-to-me places, but their ordering and delivery exceeded my expectations. I was eyeing a jacket on closeout, so I gave the store a call to ensure that I could return it if it was not the right size. The sales representative was kind and quick to give me an answer, and even called back to ask if I'd like to make a signature requirement for my delivery. The jacket arrived 3-days later and was everything I hoped it would be!

The customer service is beyond great! Reserved a pair of shoes not knowing they were at the outlet store they had and they had someone go to the outlet after hours and get them for me! They were very nice during the whole process even though I hated that they even had to do that, and expressed my appreciation. Tried on the same model shoe in store to make sure the fit worked so I could instantly check out when my shoes came 5 min before closing!

I went to Travel Country to seek I help with my planters fasciitis pain. Mallory Acio helped me find the correct socks, shoes, and a brace. I have to say this the best my foot has felt in months!!
