THEFT BY DECEPTION
*Products scan up at a higher price than marked at on the shelf*
I will never spend another penny on this company. I will not support a criminal business.
Let me explain a little more.
The last 4 times I have gone here to get beer singles I caught them overcharging me. One day I calculated what I should be spending (including tax) and when checking out the total was higher than it should have been. I had them do price correction. As I said above they scan up higher than they are marked on the shelf.
When a store marks something at one price on the shelf and then they ring up higher at the register, that is the definition of THEFT BY DECEPTION. That's when I really started paying attention to this company and what I SHOULD be spending.
The next 3 times I went I took pictures of the shelf price and again had to have them price correct at the register.
If it were to happen to one or two, and only one time I would call it an accident. But when it happens to 99% of what I buy every time that is intentional. And they overcharge just enough on each one where you wouldn't really notice unless you are paying attention and add it up yourself.
They never even ask to see the prices when I offer, or seem to think anything of it. They immediately change all of them without question or hesitation because they know what they are doing and they know they were caught once again.
That means that they have also stolen money from me before I really paid attention and noticed. Who knows how much money they have stolen from not only myself but from all the other customers.
I even made a comment to the cashier "I am curious as to why these ALWAYS ring up higher than marked on the shelf". The employee just stared ahead as if he didn't hear me. Because he didn't want to comment since they were caught again.
I do have my receipts with all the price corrections and the pictures to prove the shelf prices. And I am absolutely reporting this to the Department of Consumer Affairs, BBB, and Florida Office of Attorney General.

Incredibly ageist. If you don’t look like you are retirement age expect to be disrespected. Had staff completely ignore me when I ask questions, talk down to me when I finally track them down, and constantly ask a manager to verify my ID at check out (I look like I’m 30s). Not somewhere I will shop again.

Spectacular, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. This store is HUGE! It's the largest spirits store that I have ever been in. The selection of wines and liquors is incredible. When I first rolled into the parking lot and noticed the size of the building, I really figured that their prices were going to be out of this world. Surprisingly enough they weren't. From everything that I noticed, they're on par or maybe even a bit less than some of their competitors. Parking was easy. Their lot is fairly large and there's parking in the old Montgomery Wards' lot. I'll definitely look to them again.

Huge selection in just about every product you can think of. They have some great Whiskey store picks and a very large selection of craft beers from all over the US and the rest world. Won’t find too much allocated bourbon, but still have a large variety.
