Mike the manager at this location was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure that my shipment arrived in the best condition, in a timely manner, and with the least cost as possible based on everything that I needed to ship. I have visited this ups store on several occasions and each time I’m greeted by the same employee. I wish I knew his name because he is the reason I continue to visit this location. He is so efficient, helpful and kind to everyone. I highly recommend this location.

I drive past other UPS stores to come here. They care about their customers and provide excellent service. I bring store returns, when I need notary services and more. Just worth it to go somewhere nice!

My husband and I own a coffee roastery in Longwood and we frequently ship out big orders, multiple boxes, sometimes a few hundred pounds at a time. We've been to a handful of UPS locations in the area and this one is by far the BEST one!! Other locations have complained about the size/weight of our packages, but the team here is quick to scan our packages and is always happy to help! Akshar is the best--definitely worth the extra drive to Altamonte Springs!

This store is under new ownership from a year ago. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly! I'm always greeted with a smile. I purchased a PO Box and the young man not only remembers me, but looks up my Box number whenever he sees me struggling to remember. It truly has the vibe of a neighborhood UPS store.
