Highly recommended. They helped us with selection (Karen and Rebecca) and recommended a skilled contractor. We had to return excess product and they were quick to accept/refund the return. We also needed an extra box of tile from the same dye lot and they quickly ordered it. Everyone we worked with was top notch from the storefront to delivery and warehouse for return.

Rebecca is excellant ,we have gone to 5-6 differant stores from big box to small and she is the very best with customer service . At first we thought the prices would be out of sight , not true -very fair pricing . Go see Rebecca Graves and get your project going .And again, thanks for all the help !

It’s a nice store, a very nice sales lady spoke with us. Most of the tile is pricey but not all. We just didn’t see anything that we wanted.

Rebecca was AMAZING recommending interesting options that fit the mid century style we were aiming for. She clearly has an eye for design and was patient as we considered various options. We were also impressed with how quickly she was able to respond to extra supplies needed after our tile setter made a few mistakes. Though not the cheapest, they also weren't the most expensive. Definitely glad we chose TTS when choosing tile for our remodel.

We worked with Stephen to choose the tiles for our main bathroom renovation. He was so helpful through the process guiding us to get started and then helping with options for the tile to complement our choices. Would definitely go back for future tile needs.
