I bent my ring pretty bad at the gym a few weeks ago and he fixed it and also replaced a diamond I didn’t see was missing. My ring is perfect! The Gold Doctor was so friendly and efficient. His work is excellent and affordable!

Came in for a watch battery replacement and there was still an issue with the watch operation after the battery had been replaced. He was able to quickly repair it with his extensive knowledge of the workings of a watch. I will bring my watches here exclusively moving forward.

Great experience! I went in to repair a gold ring. Affordable prices, especially after being quoted twice as much at a different jewelry repair shop.Owner was very nice and honest. When I came in to pickup, he recognized that I called earlier that day to confirm. Awesome customer service. We are in and out, the process was quick and easy. Definitely recommend!!

When I first arrived I was a little skeptical because he never acknowledged my presence in the store.Not a”hello”, “I’ll be with you shortly “ or anything….When he finished the other customer he greeted me and state one issue he could fix with no problem; the other piece of jewelry he was unsure of and stated he would see what he could do and to check back tomorrow.When I went back he had completed both pieces to perfection!! Greatly appreciative and the cost was efficient! Will return and recommend others! Job well done

EXCELLENT. Getting married soon and This man Helped me with so much of what I needed to get done! Resized me, stayed honest with me about what needed to get done any time I’ve brought a jewelry piece to him. Amazing prices! Friendly service. VERY knowledgeable. My husband and I have been going to The Gold Doctor for some time now, and we always bring jewelry or watches and he's never said "I can't do this" instead he responds with let me look into it and I'll get back to you. And he always fixes it. His prices are GREAT!!! Plus his customer service is EXCELLENT. We would recommend him to anyone with jewelry concerns or problems.

Found more wrong than what I thought was wrong with my ring. I would have lost it if I had not gone to him to tighten a prong. Only half of my stone was left on the end of my ring and he replaced it for a VERY good price. It was done when promised.
