i was at your store today and this scrappy white guy that took care of me was very rude,he said he needed my license to take care of my problem i didn’t have with me so i went back home got it but went to another t-mobile the girl there took care of me without my license.

Terrible experience. Purchased the phone protection with the screen protector replacement and they won’t replace the screen protector. Said they lost our receipt and won’t replace it. Don't do business with T Mobile. You will regret it every single day. I have never been lied to and let down more from any other company. Thanks nothing! Can’t wait to switch to literally any other phone company..

This was by far the BEST interaction i’ve ever had when buying a phone or switching providers. Andrew and Arie were over the top phenomenal making everything comfortable quick and easy i was very stressed walking in thinking it would be a whole ordeal like it usually has been in the past but with them it was so different i didn’t feel taken advantage of or like they were trying to sell me the whole store. They are genuine good people that kept us laughing the whole time amazing customer service i truly felt they had my best interest and this will be the only store i recommend to family and friends from now on thankyou!!

UPDATE: switched to AT&T. Getting my phones today.So, I came to this store 3 days ago and waited about 1hr to be seen. I got real good info about upgrading my current device to the new iPhone 15 pro, all written down. I waited til today, Friday, when the iPhone was available. I went to the store and the guy there suddenly didn’t honor the deal. Now, I know all they gave me was handwritten, BUT, plans don’t change. Suddenly instead of $160/month they want me to pay $185/month. The story and its details are totally different, and the guy there today has no idea how the previous employee “got to that conclusion”. I walked away pissed for such a waste of time. This little intermediaries for main carriers are a scum. I have friends that have lost trade-in phones to them ??♂️.

T Mobile does not stand behind the products that they offer. I bought a $99.00 JBL speaker less than a month ago. There is damage to the charging port that rep clearly indicated that was my fault. The speaker has not worked sinced i bought it. Due to medical issues today was the first opportunity to stop by the store. I asked for a district or region manager and was refused the information. Long term sprint customer that is very unhappy ? Andrew is amazing by the way. I'm ready to walk around with a protest sign.

Lack of comunicación, they break the promotions when ever they want but they force you to finish a contract. Is a lady Laurence watch out for her selling advice I’m 2k down the drain thanks for her and her manager John, watch out for you future bills, 14 month and counting to finish the contract with this company.

Staff was nice and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly and the staff member helping me and my mother answered all questions. Porting over was quicker than I expected it to be.

Needs to explain information better and not waste customer's time. Get better software and better employee training. Should've gone to an another store.
