    Had a Consumer Loan back in 2007 for a Seadoo Watercraft. Went to sell it a couple weeks ago and the State of Florida Tax Commisioners Office that handles Titles tells me they cannot get me a Title to sell because Synchrony has never sent a Lien Release to the State to show it was paid off.     Train your call center supervisors to maintain a respectful tone and inflation and pacience especially when talking to a merchant. Train better.
