I am not a very picky dude but I work in customer service and that young man w the longer hair. Was super rude. My kids were asking a bunch of questions and I apologized and he said i don’t blame kids I blame parents. I couldn’t believe my ears. I was so offended. And top it all off those sneeze guards obviously r not meant to lean on. But he couldn’t hear me so I had to step forward and barely touched the sneeze guard and not politely at all he said move over here sir. First off not even anybody but my parents can talk to me like that. And second it was in front of my children. So all in all I will never shop at this subway again unless he makes it right. I do work in the same shopping center as a chef. Or cook whatever position the call it. At Broadway and we all come in there and eat. Not anymore. I’ve made them all aware of his attitude. Sorry that the whole store has to lose customers over one staffs attitude and customer service being completely unacceptable. Ty

Subways will always be Subway. What separates the different ones are the staff. The staff here is excellent which in return gets u excellent subs as u request it. Even hearing a man get rude and nasty with an older woman, she gave him the same excellent service she gave me. I know it couldn't have been easy but she did it and moved on to me with a smile on her face.

Staff is always friendly and do a good job making sandwiches. Parking is abundant and getting in and out quickly has never been a problem.

This is my last time going to this place. The guy behind the counter is the slowest person I've seen in my life and besides was alone! Me and 2 other customers had to leave instead of waiting 1 hour to be helped! Unbelievable!

Walked into the store to order food. Fiancé and I were waiting patiently to order food. The subway worker was having a long conversation with a previous customer so I sat waiting for a while. The guy had long hair hanging in his face with no hair net and as he was preparing our order, he moved his hair out of his face and placed behind his ear and continued to make our sandwich without changing his gloves. That was totally unsanitary, unexpected and unacceptable!! I left the store immediately. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant. Oh! And there were flies flying around as well. Buyer beware! Don’t go here.

So disappointed because I thought I could trust Subway for a gluten free meal. They have done it well many other times. I was careful to note on my order that I had a gluten allergy and asked them to change gloves and bag it separately. I'm not sure if they used toppings already contaminated or what but I got extremely sick, the very distinct way I get sick from gluten. I tried to call the store so that they could be more careful next time but no one answered after multiple calls. The message said their Sandwich artists were busy over and over. They didn't seem that busy at pick up?! It's not hard to keep food and gloves clear of gluten I would think there would be very strict ways to handle food since COVID that would keep cross contamination from happening. All I had was tuna salad in a salad.They also did not toast my husband's sandwich and left off the guacamole on my salad, as ordered. This is the first time in all of COViD I been glutened and really had trouble with an order. So sad bc I like their food when it is served carefully.

At this location, there is an employee with a head of hair like frizzled, coarse wire that sticks way out in every direction from beneath his ball cap. All I could think about was a strand of that nasty mop of hair falling in my sandwich and I did see a loose hair on the bill of his cap. The manager should really insist that employees wear a hair net, even if the are bald. I'll not order from there or anywhere if I see this situation again,
