Secure storage facility with 24 hour access. Additionally they offer paid monthly parking for boats, box trucks, food trailers and vehicles. The staff is very helpful. The manger is great and has worked with us over the years as we outgrew the smaller storage unit and needed additional space and amenities. They offer standard storage, climate controlled, and facilities where a business can easily operate (with restroom, extra lighting, WiFi and space that can be used for an office). We are very happy with the facility.

Attention business‼‼‼‼‼‼‼ owners do not rent at this location I repeat do not rent from this location they have a a problem with you working 24/7 going to lie and put it in the city when it's not true they have quiet business hours where you have to leave the property at 12am-5am while you paying them your hard earned money it's a whole ponze scheme you cannot change clothes in there restroom the burst right into your privacy Lauren is the property manager not the owner and tell the owner bunch of lies in how she feel about you from her perception which causes the owner to let you go at any moment I feel like if you are going to apply this rule don't have a business on your property just simply do storage or drop your rent but how is business owners suppose to make money when this property is treating us like children and there units you can only fit one car you. Can't fit any suv nor a pick up truck just a waist of money and time. And they try to throw things in your lease that was never stated there not good Business because down the line they will slap you in the face and threaten you to leave as buisness owners e we already have a lot on our plate why add to it this is not peace it's a warning before destruction ‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼ and mind you my wife was pregnant just had a new born the hospital let her go I go straight to my shop she change her clothes I'm getting a phone call saying there parting ways no consideration just desperate for your money and the two workers that work on property are not even on the same page very reluctant on there words I'll be very care full doing business here they just want your money and Lauren loves to give ultimatum but hey I just giving the next owner advice be safe and south seminal county your days‼‼‼‼‼‼‼

The advertisement said Business and Storage space. I saw a unit that I was interested in and they refused to allow me to rent it because my business was not OFFICE-related work. As I walked around the facility I saw a variety of businesses that were office and non-office-related. I saw a commercial cleaning business, I saw an auto repair sign, I saw a t-shirt printing company. They discriminate against businesses here and they are not friendly to black people. I had to state who I was and say that I am interested in the space before she allowed me to come into the front door. She also said you have to have a business license. She just assumed that I didn't have one. She never asked. I have my business license. This is not a very nice place to refuse services to a person because it's not an office related business even though you lease to all businesses is not okay.

I have been patronizing South Seminole for around 13 years. I have used several other storage facilities over the years, and SSB&S is the best by far. The facility is very well kept and clean. Plenty of room to load/unload items. It is also in a good location and very safe. The best part is their team. Lauren is a wonderful person that gets to know her clients personally, and always will remember you. Judy the same. They are an independent company. They are our neighbors, so to speak. You are always treated like a neighbor and a friend! Outstanding customer service, just great folks that REALLY care! I would advise anyone seeking a storage facility in the area to drop on in. The prices are fantastic, too! Up front and honest, nothing hidden or shady.
