Sonny's Discount Appliances in Altamonte Springs has been so awesome! We have bought a stove, refrigerator, freezer and washer from then. We had dealt with Appliance Direct before and had a horrible experience with them. Sony's has always been professional, friendly and very easy to deal with. They are very honest and reliable. I won't go anywhere else for my appliances. Highly recommend!

My Mom has bought appliances in the past from them, so when she was in need of a dishwasher, they were the first she called. Walked in, picked out a simple but efficient GE model, and it was delivered and installed by Moses today. On time, cleaned up after himself, and hauled old one away. Mom gives 5 stars, and Mom ALWAYS knows best!

First purchase a refrigerator and stove, love service so much went back 2 months later for a washer and dryer. Great installer, all staffers are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. We will be back and telling all family and friends.

The staff at Sonny’s are extremely helpful and friendly. They were able to provide me with a new fridge the very same day our old unit died. Wonderful experience. Bought a package from them well over a decade ago and will continue to use them if and when the need arises for appliances in the future.

This was my first time going to Sonny's. I have to be honest I really wasn't impressed with the outside I didn't know what I was going to find when I got inside. But when I got inside I was pleasantly surprised. They had an array of appliances to choose from well-stocked. And the young man that assisted me his name is Andrew very pleasant young man eager to help I had him running all over that store looking at this looking at that and with a smile he just continued to print out things for me to look at different things to give me different options. So if you looking for new appliances don't look at the outside just go inside the store. Anything about it with Andrew if he didn't have it in stock he would get on that computer right then to check to see when it's was coming in. Go check Andrew out at Sonny's

Had an issue with a cooktop that I bought from Sonny’s. Andrew from Sonny’s took care of the problem immediately and scheduled a successful repair. I have bought several appliances from them and have not been disappointed. I highly recommend them.

I have bought several appliances from them and have family members that also bought from them, Their expertise and customer service is out of this world, not to mention they will go over board to make sure your happy!! Prices are always on target or even lower than any where else. I would not purchase appliances any where else!!
