Booked an online appt for the first time with them. They then ask that I change my appt.. whats the point of booking appointments if you can't keep them? Very unprofessional. It's one thing if ur sick, but if you want to change for no reason, then don't ask, just cancel your clients. Will be going elsewhere who can keep appts.
