This was a fraudulent sale. They tell you that if you don't like it you can return it in 30 days. But what they don't tell you is that the base cannot be returned. And when you sign the invoice, the fine print tells you that. All a deception to the consumer. What sense does it make that you can return the mattress and not the base? If they had told me that, I wouldn't have bought it. They also tell you that the base adapts to the bedroom set you have. Another lie. In my case I had to buy a new bedroom set. In total I had to spend a lot more money than I thought. And delivery is another problem. They scratch your walls, etc. In conclusion, be very careful about this. And they have many good reviews just so they can give you points and you can exchange it for merchandise. This is how they make sure they get good reviews. Many lies to make a sale.

Shout out to Michael Kicklighter. Very professional and very knowledgeable about the products. Demonstration was beyond expectations and was able to answer all questions we had. Explains everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this store when searching for your next mattress.

This is the absolute worse bed I have ever slept in and this company has the worst service department. We have had this bed for only 3 years and it provides an error message everyday and needs to be “reset”. We have to unplug the bed daily for it to interact with the app. I contacted support twice about this issue. The second time I had to repeat myself 4 times to get any help. Horrible support and the bed doesn’t last. It’s not worth the money. Go elsewhere

So I have not been sleeping well due to pain from a car accident. I prefer a soft bed, my wife prefers a firm bed. So, we have always been mutually dissatisfied with regular beds in the past. We went here for the Labor Day sale, which was awesome by the way. The service was excellent. We spent about 3 hours choosing the right bed. The staff was patient and answered all of our questions. They put us in a bed that measured our pressure points. They had a large tv screen that shows them to you. You can see them changing as you change the pressure in the bed. What was truly amazing was the fact that as I changed the settings on the bed, I could feel the pain in my back increase and decrease as I adjusted the pressure, back height, and leg height. It was an eye opening experience. The bed gets delivered soon, and we can't wait to try it out. I will update my review in a few months. As far as the service here, it was excellent. When the clerk couldn't answer one of our questions (she was relatively new), she brought the manager over to assist. She didn't lie, or make something up, she was honest and it was very comforting to see her do that. We are not rich, and to us, this is a HUGE investment financially. However, a good night's sleep is priceless, and we are both looking forward to receiving the new bed. Again, the service here was next level good. So happy that we went to this location.

My wife and I were looking around for "the right mattress" and we searched for days. We finally decided to go to Mattress firm and we are so glad we did Bruce took care of my wife and I as well as my parents from the time we walked in, until the time we left. He went above and beyond to educate us on each beds we liked to make sure we picked the right mattress for our sleep patterns. I've honestly never felt more secure about a purchase than this. I felt like I was in the store with a friend who happens to know about mattresses rather than a sales person. Definitely will be looking for Bruce when we come back for our king size!

We were never rushed to make a decision on which smart bed would best serve our needs to replace our current one that's 19 years old and has less options than current ones. The sales people took great care to provide information and answer questions from all customers until they felt comfortable with their selections. There was no need to shop elsewhere. The Sleep Number in our guest bedroom is still within its 15 year warranty, has had little usage, and continues to serve guests well. We never have to worry about anyone not being comfortable.

Don't pay with cash. You'll wait over a month for a check in the mail and nobody will give you a straight answer. Horrible customers service
