They are never open. I went 2 separate times to shop around and they were closed. I called the number on the door the first time and the manager or owner answered and he had an emergency. Don't know what the excuse was the second time. I guess he only comes to work when he knows he will have customers. Most people I know work for a living until about 5 or 5:30 pm. It seems this store is only open until about 4 pm despite what it says on the door. If they can't afford to stay open til 6:30 when most of their target market is available. They shouldn't be in business.

I’m so disappointed the purchase I made at this store I not ever recommend to any one to go buy anything at Simon’s furniture they’re liars when I got there they offer me all they have thou the catalog then when delivery time comes they either don’t answer my calls or keep saying lies I wait for dates been changed, cause they got my payment thou a Zelle witch is weird that they don’t even have a credit card processing center , they denied returning my payment I been told yes wait til the merchandise will be delivered, so what kind of business they are offering to the consumers.In particular my delivery was made 3 weeks after the purchase plus the delivery guys was unprofessional and rude they left the couches outside of the building , at the beginning of the deal i told to the seller that we need the items delivery to the second floor the seller named Lily agreed she we’ll offer anything just to do the sale them after she gets the payment she don’t even answer my callsBe careful when you see this:SIMON’S FURNITURE STORE.

Horrible company. Went there looking for a bed frame and paid cash for one that I was TOLD was in stock AT THE STORE. I paid CASH and was told I can come pick it up anytime that week. Wednesday comes, I go to pick up the bed frame & I am told it's not at the store. I ask when we can order it and the representative tells me they can't. They don't have it. I ask for a refund, she keeps trying to make me get another bed frame which I don't want. Then, she tells me she must speak to the financial department. Oh yeah, best part, the financial department has "no phone number" it's only by email. So, three days later, I receive an email stating that they can provide a store credit or a refund with a 20% re in stock fee deducted from the original amount. How do you charge someone a 20% reinstock fee for something YOU DO NOT HAVE?! Something that you SAID WAS IN STOCK AT THE STORE WHEN YOU TOOK MY MONEY but, now you can't get it. This is a fraudulent company. DO NOT COME HERE!!! & for everyone else this is happening to, I will be contacting you all so we can get together and seek legal advice.

I will say the furniture is beautiful! Hence the 2 stars but I didn’t care for the interaction with Lilly. She’s a beautiful women but didn’t care for the vibe . Their delivery drivers Sean and one other person were great . However I did a payment plan to build my credit in the process . Lilly informed me the chairs she didn’t have ok fine . But when they delivered the items with no chairs and I had to immediately start making a 300 every 2 weeks payments with a table with no chairs they didn’t offer a credit or resolution . They had me lie to the credit company that I had received the chairs . 3 weeks I waited for my chairs . Their furniture is overly expensive . I prefer Prefect homes in Sanford . Viviana is amazing!! Before you do business with them contact Viviana at perfect homes ! she’s ALWAYS cheaper! And she is very patient ! She has the exact stuff

I just order my furniture paid cash didn't finance and wanted a tv Stan with fire place I was excited until delivery came the tv stand was t the one they didn't tell me at all just bring me what they had in store witch my tv wouldn't fit there so I request refund and the keep up selling me I told them no at this point want a refund I don't have the tv stand and same thing told me to claims I will see how far this go I will bring an attorney if needed they were very easy to take my money I want it back you don't play with peoples money I keep you posted I will go with everything u won't stay with my money or Ignore my calls I promise super upset I should've read review before buying

Bought a “leather” couch from them for $1099. We hauled because they wanted an extra $100+ for delivery. When my husband opens the box it was microfiber !!! Exactly what we DIDNT want with a dog & a 5 year old.Called to let them know and they couldn’t refund because they had done financing already & we had already unboxed it. They also charged me double tax, when you finance make sure they don’t add the tax to the total because the fiancé company adds tax to the amount financed on their end. When I called to let them know that the response from the manager was “oh thanks for letting us know”The guy helping me was clearly just worried about making a little extra commission. The worst part is, we probably would have bought a house worths of furniture because we moved here from Maryland & sold everything in the process. Save yourself the sketchy-ness and go somewhere honest.

This company has beautiful furniture however the owner or manager whoever he is, is a shady business man. I would never recommend anyone get furniture from this company because they will sell you things they don’t have in stock and tell you they don’t do refunds if you ask for your money back. They obviously don’t keep a inventory of their merchandise so they don’t know what they have and expect a person to just wait for furniture that they were told could be picked up the next day. They are unprofessional and incompetent of business practices as well as careless of customers needs. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

Here is my honest advice to you guys, unless they have the furniture in the store I wouldn’t count on it. They only take Cash Payments or Zelle. I ordered a reclining chair on august 2021, it was supposed to arrive by September 2021, I contacted Simos’ furniture several times to find out about the delivery update, I got the same answer each time, (is coming next month or is coming next week, the shipping company in Vietnam are running late.) after 6 months of getting the same answer from the company I decided to go to the store, the first thing they did was read the store policy which is not refund, only store credit or 20% restocking fees, I opted to pay restocking fee, but I was told that was another process which I didn’t want to deal with any more. After almost 2 hours of looking around I found another piece of furniture to exchange it for, Simos’ furniture gave me a discount on it, and free delivery for the inconvenience, but when the new furniture arrived to my house turned out to be different from What I picked when I was in the store, I was just exhausted and didn’t even bother to contact them. Be your own judge, they do have nice furniture, and somewhat good prices but no good customer service whatsoever.

It was a pleasure shopping at Simo’s furniture. From management Lilly that’d go above and beyond to meet the customer need, to the owner delivered my furniture personally in the short time frame . It was over all a great shopping experience. I love the bed set. Thank you Guys

Ten days later and I still don't have my money back for the box spring that they sold me on Friday, January 14 at 6pm and then did not have in stock Saturday morning when I went to pick it up. When I left there on Saturday the owner said they would Zelle me back my money. I never received it. On Sunday, 1/23 the owner offered to give me my money back only if I took down my negative review. I contacted them again today and he is saying the I can only get a store credit. Unless of course I take down my negative review.

Beware...If you need to return something, they won't take it back. Even if it is unopened. We purchased a coffee table and 3 end tables. The coffee table was obviously very small from the size of the box. So, when we received our new living room furniture, we knew it wouldn't work. They told me if I would have called them within seven days, they would have exchanged it for something else, but it was too late to take it back. Bear in mind, it took them a month to get the items in. That's ok. They've lost any future business from me.If you check your records, we haven't had the items in our home for 2 months. We placed an order that took over a month to receive. We just moved in to our new home this week. Like I stated, the item was unopened. You may want to put your return policy on your receipts.

I feel bad about these reviews because I received a great experience. My sister and I came in on Halloween, and the young lady taking care of us was exceptional, professional, and attentive. Furniture came in three days and looks absolutely stunning ? Thank you Simo Furniture; we’ll be back !

Do NOT order from this company. Their communication is terrible and your items will NOT be delivered when promised. I did not see these negative reviews until I had to look up the stores number to get in contact with them because they did not call me when they said they would regarding my delivery. Do yourself a favor a look at the reviews/complaints on the Better Business Bureau website. I wish I would’ve did my research prior to purchasing anything from them.

This is a fraudulent business. I ordered a bed from them, paid in full with a credit card and was told they would deliver the bed within 2 business days. 4 days later, I still had not recieved the merchandise. The owner, Lily, called to UPSELL me by offering me a different bed because she said the bed I ordered wasnt in stock and they had no idea when the bed would be in stock. I told her this was unacceptable as I paid for an item. If that item isnt available then simply issue me a refund. Dont try to upsell me something I dont want. She told me there was no such thing as a refund with their store. I explained to her. I understand a "no refund" policy when you have actually received the item. But if I dont have the item, you cant just take money and not deliver what I paid for. She indicated they PREFER their customers to use Zelle instead of credit cards. This is when i absolutely KNEW they were fraudulent. I said to her, theres No Way a reputable furniture store would ask customers to use Zelle for purchases. Apparently what they want is for you to directly pay them through cash, cashapp or Zelle so they can immediately get their money from you, not deliver the items you paid for, and leave you STUCK without any recourse to dispute the charges. Do NOT buy from them but if you decide to purchase from them make sure you leave the store with what you purchased otherwise they'll keep your money and you'll never get the items. It's not worth the risk. Shop somewhere else!
