The staff was very helpful. The only issue I had was when I was checking out. I was asked if I had a Sephora account, Told them no, then asked if I wanted to sign up for the rewards program, I proceeded to tell the lady no, I believe her name was Susan or Susie, an older lady, But she insisted that it’s not a credit card and doesn’t pull your credit and that she made no commission off signing me up. She stated she just needed my drivers license and then I could get all future rewards. Later that day, I get a notification that my credit had indeed been pulled a new hard inquiry was on my credit. I was lied to just to get signed up for even after stating I didn’t want it originally or a pull on my credit….

If you wanna feel stupid for not seeing a certain sign that was posted. Go here and the employees will make sure to be so rude about it and make you feel so stupid! Sorry you hate your job so much.

Danielle- the operations manager here saved my life. I have horrible rosacea, not only did she help me pick products to clear my skin, she went all the way back in inventory to check for a recall on a Tom Ford lipstick for me. Danielle, you are a life saver, and I can’t thank you enough for spending so much time with me and being so wonderful. Best Sephora store around! Thanks again.

Apparently they need more staff because my daughter and a bunch of other women had questions and there was only one person on the floor and they kept calling for help with none coming.

All of the employees were extremely nice except for one, I unfortunately didn’t see her name but she was a much older employee. I was looking at some skin products with my mom and this worker comes up to us and asks us if we needed any help and we said we were okay then she points at my face (I have hormonal acne) and tells me her daughter had acne like that and pointed at another product. I would like to believe it wasn’t done with any ill intent but I didn’t ask for any recommendations. That made me feel really uncomfortable and left the store.

Today i left Sephora in Altamonte Mall extremely disappointed. A black saleswoman with dreads (i don't know her name) was extremely rude towards me and my mother, when clearly the credit card machine wansn't working properly. It did not read the card, and she said our card was declined, and refused to try on another machine, saying i was the fourth customer of the day, the problem must have been my card. It wasn't even reading, it just said transaction cancelled. All that in a very rude and demeaning manner. Ended up having to pay with cash. Thats not the Sephora experience we expect or are used to.

Daniella and Hena didn’t service my needs by making a return, and not having my shade in store for the foundation. They didn’t try to work with me to have my correct shade shipped to me to honor the original price I paid during Sephora sale. While servicing me Hena was more worried about talking to her coworker. I will never visit this location ever due to the lack of care and understanding these employees have

All of the ladies there are extremely sweet. They’re very nice and I really appreciate it. Everyone’s help. With that being said, the only reason that I give the review that I’m giving, is because of a very specific reason. The credit card. I came in for, a skin tint or some lightweight coverage foundation that I could wear on a day-to-day basis. I was helped by a very sweet lady and she ended up helping me find a couple other products that she thought I might like. My only issue is she insisted that I apply for the credit card. I will say I never asked to apply for it, it was slightly pushed on me. When she mentioned it, I asked several times if it was a hard inquiry, and that I did not want a hard inquiry on my credit. She insisted that it was a soft pull several times. And so reluctantly, I applied for it. Now today, a couple days after I’ve applied for it, I find out that it was actually a hard inquiry because I got a ding on my credit report for it. I’m currently in contact with the company now to see if I can get removed because I was misinformed. But that just kind of put a damper on my experience because I stressed how important it was to not have a hard inquiry on my credit because I am rebuilding it. That doesn’t take away from how sweet lady was, but it does make me a bit more hesitant to go to this location specifically

The lady at the register realized I accidentally grabbed the tester of the exfoliator I was buying and grabbed me a full one. I always have a great experience here:)
