My experience at Scan Design Outlet - Orlando has always been remarkable. Kris, the manager and Chris the sales person are very professional. The furniture is at very good prices for the high-quality. The regular Scan Design stores Douglas Ave. in Altamonte Springs and on Kirkman Rd. in Orlando have a much greater selection. But I alway check the Outlet Store first and have found some great pieces at substantial discounts.

Chris Gorham is the best sales person ever! He goes above and beyond to accommodate his clients. Even used a translator to speak with my mom who doesn’t know English. Highly recommended!

Great alternative if you are looking to save money on quality furniture Either one of the two sales people named Chris are helpful. No pushy sales there. Save $1200 on a couch that I saw in their retail store. So easy to work with.

My recent shopping experience for furniture was marred by the manager who seemed to have no regard for others' comfort. Throughout my visit, he continuously shouted across the room, creating an incredibly uneasy atmosphere. It was difficult to concentrate and browse peacefully with such disruptive behavior.However, I must mention that despite the negative experience, the store does offer a great selection of furniture. The quality and variety of their pieces were impressive, and it's worth noting that they had some unique and stylish options available. It's just a shame that the unpleasant atmosphere created by the shouting man overshadowed the positive aspect of their furniture collection.

Worked here before the pandemic. Some interesting unique pieces mostly of nice quality. Some items have various damage but can be made to look new or are hidden. We would have moved a lot more furniture with lower prices!
