Brian E did a fantastic job on my car. I was expecting it to take longer but it didnt! He was super kind and a personality of gold. He made sure I was happy with the install and I left extremely happy. Carlos and Maria were also a big reason for the massive smile I left with. Great people, great service, 5 stars in my book!

The staff was nice, but the system is flawed. It seems that if you do not have the first appointment in the morning an appointment means nothing to them. They stack so many services in a day if you get there after noon you will have a very long wait like I did twice. After two failed attempts at them correcting an error in installation and even calling corporate office I still had to wait one hour and fifteen minutes for them to look at my car. What was even more disappointing is that the fix took 15 minutes, but I had to spend 3.5 hours waiting for them to see me when I had an appointment. Oh and if you have a new car with cool stuff, look for another place. They one have one guy who can work on those, and if he is busy you will wait. Even if you see other techs sitting around doing nothing. I will not be back

These guys have rescheduled my appointment 2x’s making me waste my time waiting for them. It’s over a month later and my car is still not fixed 100%. Horrible.

Dont expect them to honor their business hours. Ive come twice before close time, even once telling them I was 5 minutes away and they were still gone and doors locked.

I had such a great experience here. I had a drop and go appointment so I dropped my care off early in the morning, but they finished my car under two hours !!!

The tech was awesome, the insurance sent them a non-Factory windshield, as a result they were not able to calibrate the vehicles safety systems. I am waiting for them to order the proper windshield and install and calibrate. Will update a review again when this takes place !!
Update: The proper windshield “OEM” was ordered, I went to the new shop in Apopka to have it installed. Great Tech, calibration went as it should, good service, no other issues. !

A huge thank you to Safelite auto Glass had brick smash my windshield and called Safelite and very satisfied with my new windshield and the installer was awesome polite and explained everything and did a great job thank you Seth I really appreciate everything you did. I recommend them ? fantastic work.

I scheduled an appointment 2 days in advance and was given a 12-5 arrival time. At 4:38pm I got an email telling me the appointment was cancelled! No warning, no explanation. I called their customer service only to be bounced between 2 reps and finally told they had determined that my windshield could not be repaired, it need to be replaced. NO ONE has looked at the nickel sized chip in my windshield so how could they know this? Clearly a lie they have told me. No further explanation or offer of a solution other than to reschedule. The worst service I have ever received and I will tell everyone NOT to use this company. Horrible.
UPDATE: So they called me yesterday, very apologetic and offered to schedule me for today between 9 and 11 only to get a call after 8 telling me they had to reschedule AGAIN!! Now they can't come out until Monday. This company has no sense of what customer service means and they don't seem to care!!

Replaced my windshield but messed up the interior trim around it and messed up my auto wiper sensor. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because their support is great and they want to fix it with no hassle.

Appointment at 11:00am, arrived at 10:45am, now it’s 11:35am and still my car is untouched. No matter how busy your business maybe, an appointment is an appointment! If you can’t serve, don’t! Not happy.
Windshield done 2:30pm but now they can’t calibrate saying “your battery died”. As well, I get a new DENT to the back of my car cos “your handbrake didn’t work cos battery dead & the car rolled back”.
Wow! What an experience!!
It’s now 3:45pm, I got a new windshield and the cameras are not calibrated and a dent at the back of my car (which has never been in any accident)x
Terrible! Avoid this location.
Let’s see how they resolve the problem …

They did a great job in replacing my window and I was out of their location super quick. Definitely recommend their service for glass repair. Also great to have a lifetime warranty now on my windshield.
