Such a bad experience. My mom got me a pair of sneakers for Christmas and they did not fit went to return and manager Rochita maybe Im misspelling her name was very rude insinuating the shoes were worn when they are clearly not and she said because they didn’t have the tag which its obviously a gift who leaves tags on Christmas gifts? and also said she couldn’t return the money when I had the original receipt in my hand. As a manager myself this is a very disappointing experience, store manager needs to do better in training the managers on duty on their return policy as the holidays are coming to an end and many people like me will go to return items.
