Update: I won't be back, it was very painful the second time. I asked them to keep them thick and just clean them up. They made them extremely thin when I have thick eyebrows. Pictures for reference.
I came here because my eybrow lady is on vacationm When I came in there were two people ahead of me and it was really quick to get me in. There were a lot of people that came in after me and only one person but she didn't rush at all. She really took her time. I like that my eyebrows aren't thin as I've had those experiences before. The reason I can't give it a 5 is because the either the technique or the strings used weren't good ad it was so incredibly painful. I get my eyebrows threading frequently and there is definitely a difference pain level wise.

Out of the 5 times I’ve been here, they’ve messed up my eyebrows 3 times. Only 1 person there seems to understand symmetry and unfortunately I can’t remember her name or hours (she had red hair). I was very clear about my wants when getting my brows done and they do the exact opposite. Luckily it’s threading so my eyebrows will eventually grow back but I won’t be coming here again.

I had a very good experience at this establishment. Sarah was very sweet and she did a niceeee job on my Eyebrows. I loved the tinting also, the shape was perfect.

If I could have made this 0 stars I would have! This is the worst service I've ever received at this location. I asked to have my brows cleaned and #2 took my eyebrows clean off my face!! I couldn't do anything but laugh just so I didn't slap her. Why play with peoples faces if you don't know what you're doing?? I'm so sick right now

The only place I get my eyebrows done. I've never had an issue and have seen all the girls. They are fast and do a great job! I always get my eyebrows done but they do it all! Accessible and lots of parking! 10/10!!!!

Had my eyebrows threaded on a Sunday. She removed the entire top line of my eyebrows. Now I will have to wait months for them to regrow.. she charged me $14 for 5 minutes, most people don’t even make $14 an hour. The barber charges me $17 and it take him like her 30 minutes to do my husbands hair. I have never had hair removed from the top of my eyebrows, never again! I can not recommend.
