Joa (Johanely Guzman) at State Farm is hands down the best insurance agent I've ever worked with! From day one, Joa has consistently provided excellent service, going above and beyond to meet all my insurance needs. No matter how many questions I have, Joa is always patient, thorough, and prompt in providing clear and helpful answers. It's evident that Joa genuinely cares about their clients, and it shows in every interaction. I have been a customer of this agency for several decades. The staff is particularly pleasant and helpful, particularly Sonia Woolfenden. She has handled some complex coverage issues involving both home and automobile policies. She has been diligent in following up on inquiries and processing claims. Statefarm has been great to me and has taken care of all of my insurance needs. I’ve had them for about 3 years now and not once have I been disappointed . Rates are fair and they work with you and your needs. Sonia Woolfenden has been my rep and she has been great. Really recommend working with her. She is patient and understanding and helps you the best she can as much as she can should you need. She has no problem answering any questions and is always there to take your call ?

Ron Fogerty State Farm is a GREAT OFFICE
Never met the man personally but his staff is beyond belief, courteous, well knowledgeable, friendly. Especially Sonia Wolfenden is spectacular.
I only gave four stars, because I never ever give a perfect score Sorry!! Just Don’t
