I rented my Condo in Winter Park, Florida for around 17 years with Rental Home Management Services Inc. and just sold it. The monthly and yearly fees were acceptable, and it was a comfort knowing the tenant was checked by them before renting and any issues the tenant had would be handled by my personally assigned property manager. Vannesa did a great job handling everything and I was only contacted for high dollar repairs. It's definitely worth it to hire this company to manage your rental.

RHM managed the property I was a tenant in for over 5 years and they were excellent! Vannesa is the absolute best, communication was always timely and professional. She always showed a commitment to my best interest as the tenant. The whole team was always very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company!

I work closely with Stacey and John regularly and can honestly say that they routinely exceed expectations and provide exceptional service for us. This is probably the most honest trust worthy rental company that’s still around. If you pay your rent on time, they will make sure that you as a tenant have your needs taken care of. They appreciated how I took care of the property after being there for six years and refunded my entire security deposit without withholding a cent. Their creditability has superseded all of my expectations..Vannessa, thank you. I appreciate all of you, the entire staff.

Awesome Rental Management Service!!!My property manager, Vanessa was always easy to reach if I have to communicate with her.Maintenance was outstanding.
