they informed us it is not open to the public anymore you have to have a room to use the pool. this was the whole reason this place was fun to go to. Very disappointing

All the staff were super friendly and accommodating! Very nice and quiet hotel. We really enjoyed our stay! From the moment we checked in, the front desk, bar tenders, and even the pool guy were so awesome!

Ligia was an amazing bartender and she kept the service on. I really enjoyed her behind the bar. And the cook is very nice and considerate. I brought friends up here and they loved the food and presentation.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but my friends and I went to Rayn night club. I liked it, the music was awesome, but we didnt really enjoy ourselves because of the temperature in the club. It was sooooo HOT ???? My sweat was sweating. I thought I was going to pass out by the time we left there at 12:30am. I didnt have one alcoholic drink because I was the designated driver. If you want to go to this club go, but bring fans!

Had a great time here yesterday for a pool party. The bar staff was extremely friendly, everybody that was at the pool was super cool, and the pool was a blast! Looking forward to returning :)

It is a great hotel to have fun. Where is can you you go and sit under a Water Fall in Center Florida, and go dancing and play bingo, oh yes, they have Salsa, retro music 80s, 90s, and pool parties on Saturday and Sunday.

Was there over the Memorial Day Weekend. Stayed in the remodeled room. Beds were clean and comfy however the carpet in the room and building was dirty. Something sticky was wasted on the room floor and for the size of the room they need two trash cans. Need more help at front desk. The drain plug in the sink got stuck but issue was quickly resolved. Maintenance guy was very polite and professional. NO INTERNET the entire stay and no one tried to resolve the issue. TV only had 13 channels. Not a good place to stay if you rely on the internet for work or business or entertainment. Also no hangers in the closet area.
