Claims to be 24 hours but yet this the 2nd NIGHT it’s been closed?? B4 3am ?? Sign on the door said closed unTill 6am ??? But had a worker in there… With the lights off?? i Came an hour earlier than yesterday same RESULT! If the gas station is closed why have a worker just in there doing nothing ? Looks like she’s stealing company’s time ? I took photos just incase I need proof. It’s False advertisement if the gas station isn’t really 24 hours ya think? If I have to come every night and take pictures for PROOF OF FALSE ADVERTISING I WILL !!I will take this matter into my own hands definitely calling corporate. Stealing company’s time.

I’ve been coming here for over three years once a week to renew gas cards for my small business. Cassidy the shift manager told me that I could not renew my gas cards the way I’ve been doing so for many years. Not only that, she was rude to me and other customers in line before us.

Store was supposed to be open 24 hours but the doors were locked and the only employee inside, I’m not sure if she’s a manager but she is a lady, African American, she did not answer the door and made eye contact, very rude and unprofessional. Even though the store is open 24 hours, she acts like the store is her house and she thinks can run the store whenever she wants. That woman needs to be FIRED!!! Horrible experience!!

This Racetrac is the biggest joke. I live next door and it’s my closest convenience store. It’s inconveniently closed during all times of the day constantly with COVID era signage claiming they’re understaffed due to national shortages. There’s no shortage. Racetrac is a joke. Never seen a 7/11 or Wawa shut down during the middle of the day citing a made up “national staffing shortage”. Sorry your brand is garbage and you must not be competitive in the industry to keep staff on board. Sell off this location and let a mom and pop come in and run it properly like you’ve had to do with many of your other locations because your poor brand can’t compete with 7/11 and Wawa… I’ll literally avoid Racetrac anywhere I go due to your made up excuses and inability to manage your properties.
