I had a long wait time even though I had an appointment and the facility was not busy.

My phlebotomist was Kelly. She was amazing!! I didn't feel a thing. No bruising afterwards either. Kelly is the best! My appointment was on a Tuesday morning at 7:30. Only one person was ahead of me. I was called immediately back after I signed in. Making an early appointment is key to avoiding a long wait time.
