Switched from CVS to Publix a couple of years ago even though the CVS is much closer and have never looked back. Prescriptions as a whole have been cheaper, the pharmacy itself is easier to reach, prescriptions are filled on a more timely basis, they always have what I need in stock, and the people have always been helpful and nice. I take meds for high blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar - plus allergy meds - and Ozempic. On average Publix has been cheaper then the 90 day mail order prescription service my insurance wants me to use even after the higher copay for not going through them. Heck when I first started using them there was no charge for most of meds but that has since changed. I have no complaints. Thanks Publix!

Never have an issue with picking up my prescription or paying ahead.
The transition from a different pharmacy to them was a smooth transaction

Great shopping place! Love it. A little pricey, but they are worth it! The subs are great too. My son loves the free cookies from the bakery!

Stood in line behind 3 people getting 2 sandwiches each to then be told they were out of meatballs. So much for saving time by picking up a sandwich. Tuna melts at home for us tonight. Couldn't they put a piece of paper over the items they are out of so you don't have to waste your time?

I love Publix, it is by far my favorite grocery store since moving to Florida, mostly because of their amazing bakery, hot, ready-made food such as their Sweet Potato Fries, Mac N' Cheese, and Potato Wedges, but most of all, I love Publix Subs! They are made to order, footlong and 6 inch on a variety of bread choices (toasted or not), several delicious cheeses, fresh veggies, lunch meats, dressings, seasonings, and my absolute favorite is the Chicken Tender Sub. If you haven't tried it, make sure you do! They also offer chips, sides of dressings, soup, and a self-serve Soda Fountain to make your meal. This particular Publix left a few things to be desired, unfortunately. First of all, it is by far one of the smaller stores that I have yet to visit. In addition, the produce department was over picked and most items were of significantly lower quality and freshness than I have been used to seeing at other locations.Lastly, Publix as a whole really needs to create a better membership/loyalty program. Now, I am not saying they don't have one, it's just not up to par with the other grocery stores who offer monthly membership plans for free delivery, the ability to use Food Stamps on their app and website for pickup or delivery, extra bonus features such as points for buying certain products, taking surveys, leaving product reviews, and referrals to their programs. In addition, most of the stores competing with Publix also offer digital coupons, early access to sales/clearances, weekly newsletters which often include promotional codes to receive discounts on your orders or for additional items. Lastly, and this goes for most stores with memberships and rewards programs today, they offer additional incentives for your loyalty and business by including free or discounted services such as subscriptions to TV streaming channels, music app subscriptions, or the ability to obtain free trials of various apps, ride-sharing, and travel programs. I think Publix in general has a long way to go as far as their customer loyalty, rewards, and membership options. As of now, it just doesn't make sense to shop at Publix when I can save so much time and money, not to mention the ability for free delivery and the use of government benefits like food stamps, by shopping at other retailers.I have missed the subs and the bakery, however!

Outstanding products in Publix - as i have been supporting Publix from way back from the Year 2000 or 2003 or so.... I knew at that time Mark Witt - he used to be General Manager- he worked for Publix close to 30 or 35 years and retired- True gentleman in GateWay Crossing. Anyhow i wanted to appreciate in the Store as well asin the PHarmacy:" In the Pharmacy people like Mrs. Chi and other pharmacist when Chi is not there- i did not write down her name...she helped out between Tuesday to Thursday as well... one of the Technician is Faizia i believe- the other young kid was nice always - he is quick, sharp...curly hair...there are two-this one is taller person...worked on that day evening too. Please ensure to pass on to Upper management for the Pharmacy division ... In the store : following people should be recognized: Ms. Terry, Mr. Patrick -long timeres they always talk nice, dedicated to Publix- sincere, good honest, work ethic people really old school like me...fair, objective... they also knew Mr. Mark Whitt. Other few others who should be recognized are Ms. Emmy for helping out on the songs and playing in Publix radio, Ms. Brittany, Ms. Nadia...Mr. David is an Outstanding good manager even though in this Publix, he states 2 years- he is down to earth to help anyone or any customer or guests- Super good attitude, he helps and mentors people- Very good atitude....same goes wihtout saying Mrs. Chi Duong... Please ensure to pass on - as i am the Oldest Asian Indian man thick accent forever:))))))))even though i came to this country in May 16th 1996- most people who read this may not have been born too:) Thanks so much again - hope they get revognized for their good work, happy to put this note across anywhere in the world. Thanks Sri -go by Sri or they call "Sri" in Departmet of Navy/Department of Defense: Sridhar Rangaswamy is the full name. Title: A Shift in Service Quality at Publix PharmacyHaving been a long-standing customer of Publix Pharmacy, I have always admired their commitment to providing exceptional service. However, I have noticed a marked change in the atmosphere and service delivery recently, coinciding with a change in their pharmacist personnel. The new pharmacist, unfortunately, has a demeanor that could be improved upon. Their approach has often come across as brusque and confrontational, which stands in stark contrast to the congenial atmosphere I had come to associate with Publix Pharmacy. Interactions have become less pleasant, making the overall experience less than satisfactory.Furthermore, the pharmacy technicians seem to be less attentive than they were in the past. I have felt overlooked on numerous occasions, leading to lengthy waits for prescriptions. This lack of attention to customers could benefit from significant improvement. It appears that some restructuring in their management might rectify these issues. A focus on customer service training and fostering a more welcoming environment would be beneficial. I believe in Publix Pharmacy's ability to turn things around, as they have a history of superior service. I am hopeful that they take these constructive criticisms on board and strive to reclaim their reputation for top-notch customer care.

Most pharmacy staff has been awful while working with them over the past year. We only got stuck with this location because they messed up my husband’s medication transfer when we moved and sent it to the wrong store - since it’s controlled, they can’t move it anywhere else via their policy, so we’re forced to trek out of our way to a rude pharmacy that doesn’t process our meds properly half the time. Can’t wait to leave the location and Publix pharmacy itself.

Slow and rude. The pharmacy technician didn’t so much as acknowledge my existence for the first 11 minutes I was waiting (a simple “I’ll be with you shortly”would have gone a long way even if it wasn’t true). When the pharmacist arrived, she proceeded to assist me (albeit rudely) but stopped, mid pickup to discuss other issues with the tech. Leaving me waiting yet again. I was the only customer at the time and it still took almost a half hour to pick up a prescription while being made to feel like an annoyance every step of the way.

I receive food stamps and this afternoon they didn't work and I returned all the items to cashier who was pleasant. Then a manager came over and demanded the juice that I drank from as though he could sell it. He acted like I was stealing or something negative. I will not be returning to this store. This man, was a manager Ricky, tall and skinny and wore glasses. No thanks

Horrible! You got two females working today both with ZERO personality! Acting like you are bothering them by being there. The white one is more interested in her disgusting fingernails than helping. The Asian one looks and acts extremely racist! No smile no telling you about meds your getting and when you ask she says the info is un there. Its obvious they are both overpaid non caring idiots!!!! Stay away from here because they are serious not qualified for to be in public helping people.

My favorite Publix in Orlando. The pharmacy is particularly amazing. They're helpful and friendly, more competent than my doctors office, and right next to the bakery.
