“I always enjoy coming here, but pricing could be hit or miss. The customer service was friendly and helpful. I needed to print photos and they were able to help me through the whole process. The only thing was that if someone needed help with the copy machine I would have to wait. Well someone needed a lot of help so I was wait for about 10 mins until they were done. Other than that the experience was nice.”

She has pushed me every session and has given me advice for my health for in and out of the gym which has been super helpful. “Tori was great! She greeted me warmly when I first came in and immediately started on the photo that I needed printed out. She was very polite and we got chatting and laughing and before I knew it my print was done and she had done all of the work, from receiving my email, to correctly printing, and cutting the image. It was such an enjoyable experience to be able to talk and laugh with someone and have a real genuine connection. She definitely offered a 10 out of 10 service and if I could give her all the accolades I would! I have never had a better experience at a FedEx. I definitely would return back to this specific location versus anywhere else, just so I can work with Tori and her amazing staff. Tori is the type of person that you want leading your team as she strives to make the work environment not only a fun place to work, but also maintains a professional environment for the customers.”
“I went to this store to get my passport renewed. We were immediately greeted by Alisa who is probably one of the best customer service representatives for any shipping company to date. She was so happy and you could tell she loved her job. She answered our questions and got me set up on the computer. She took my passport photo and made sure I looked great. She was patient when I had to run to Publix to get a money order and she just overall made the experience quick, easy, efficient and pleasant. When I came back I was greeted by both Thai’nek and Jessi who both were very personable! Thai’nek ended up completing my passport transaction and was very informative on where I could go to track my package. Best experience, I live in Deland and was in the area for work. I will absolutely utilize this store again!”
