2:03pm 07/24:25 Real time post. No Manager has yet to come to talk to me. What is told to a customer via the 1-800 number simply does not translate to what the physical bank says.
2:12pm. Nothing.
2:50pm still waiting for the branch manager.
3:16pm. Left.

Hernando helped my with a wire transfer, it was late in the day and the branch was super busy. He took the time to get me what I needed for closing on our home the following Monday. He was efficient and thorough. I will continue to do business with PNC bc of him. Way to go!

I’ve had an account for maybe 7 years, I first opened this account after they had an agent at my school offering free accounts for students. I have accounts with Schwab, Chase, Bank of America and a couple of credit unions so I didn’t need this account but I figured if it doesn’t cost me and I can park $500 in the account, it was a win for me. In the beginning I had occasional checks coming in from PCs I’d built to sell. Then I just stopped accessing the account. About a month ago I tried to use the debit card and it gave me trouble, I went in the branch and they fixed it after an hour. Today I called to get information about my account and this lady tried to scare me telling me my account was no longer available. I spent an hour on the phone with that old spinster and ended up talking to a manager and all I can say is, PNC is a waste of time. The old spinster told me they are closing many branches because they are losing customers and that can’t afford to pay the help and the rent. There ya go folks, take it for what’s its worth but I don’t plan to leave my money in PNC any longer. It will just make it harder to deal with them when the last branch near me is gone.

The The worst customer service that you can have. I'm gonna see if I can change my account to a Better bank When I went inside the bank I was telling one The person that worked on the front desk did. I need to go to the bathroom because I almost pee on myself. It was people working standing there doing nothing. And then I got mad and I said this stupid bank. Then the manager came to me and said they need to talk to me. Then I went to the office and he asked me if I have issues hol my pee. I I don't think that's the kind of treatment that good lawyer customized like me that I have all my business and all my accounts with PNC are the sort.The manager asked me if I got problem.Holy my pee.I think I'm gonna start looking for another bank.That was not right the way how they treat medon't think I customer service and I don't think they treat me right today.

If I could leave a 0 for a rating I would! I have banked with them for 4 plus years ! What once was the best banking experience quickly turned into a nightmare! They like to randomly charge you and take your money but can’t give you an explanation for doing so this has now happened to me 3 times ! I will be changing banks and seeking legal action against them . I would not recommend any PNC Branch they are horrible and don’t even know what they are doing half the time ! Biggest scam ever thinking this was a good bank experience! Their staff is rude and unprofessional and fails to help you with anything!

Just sat here for 20 minutes and watched 4 different people walk by with absolutely nothing to do, and 1 teller helping customers. To the right of her sat a man leaning back on his chair (also a teller) with his hands rested behind his head as if there were not 4 customers waiting to be helped. Terrible customer service.

Staff @ PNC Altamonte Springs are great!! The bank itself needs to update their banking procedures; takes up to 7 business days to replace a debit/credit card.

This is my Mom's bank, but I have to help her since she is elderly. PNC has been good to us. I like that they actually answer the phone, unlike so many other businesses these days.

I can definitely see why the reviews on this branch is so low. The customer service sucks. I walked in. There was a guy helping a customer. I wish I could have saw his name when he finished with the customer he disappeared. There was another woman behind the counter name, Sam, probably short for Samantha, nobody greeted me when I walked in. Nobody asked me if I needed help. Until I stood up and walked to the counter. Samantha still didn’t say anything then she finally says something to the girl sitting at the desk Teresa then she comes back to me and says, are you doing a withdrawal or deposit if I was doing that, I would’ve been at the ATM instead of standing there being ignored this branch definitely need to close. Customer service is never nice when you walk in there I work in banking so I know how it goes. I’ve been in banking over 30 years. This brand is horrible every time I go in there maybe I need to either find another branch or leave Pnc all together it’s ridiculous.

I heavily dislike PNC bank.. I have Wells Fargo, love their services. Usually I can call them and figure out just about any issue. Here, I was transferred so many times for such a simple problem. Had to call them back and forth because sometimes the call hung up on me. The ATMs are so weirdly programmed, it's just not as easy as Wells Fargo's. This place is just really complicated and I'm not sure why. It's literally just a bank. It shouldn't be this difficult to figure out issues or use the ATM. (The atms have so many options that sound the exact same it's kinda confusing and it doesn't sound like a problem but it's just weird.)
