Went to buy my daughters a new set of earrings each. I was told immediately there was a 40% off sale on any item priced at $40 or more. I selected the 2 sets I wanted to purchase. I was given my total and told it "included" warranty and the warranty was explained. I did not review the price screen with details showing there is an additional cost for that warranty and I was NOT given the option to add or decline at that time. I left and returned to purchase another set of earrings about 15 mins later, still not aware that I paid an additional $35 for the warranty. I was at the price screen when the worker was adding the item to purchase and then noticed the warranty at extra cost. The worker went on to give me the total and again stated warranty was included. I immediately told her it is not included, it's additional and I do not want it for an additional price and made her remove prior to purchase. I addressed the misleading information she was providing to customers and all she said was "I said it was included in the total price" Her manager was there and she immediately put a foul face as my complaint was invalid and her employee didn't mislead a paying customer. I will never return to that location if all you are trying to do is make your number appear higher in sales than being honest with the additional cost. No warranty should be added without advising your customer of the additional cost. EVER. I also didn't ask for the refund on the 2 warranties I did not approve because money was not the motive, it was about being honest. So sad!

It’s convenient to have your piercing done at the mall but too overpriced even for stainless steel options. $65 for their tiniest and least expensive option without their fees.

I had my first cartilage piercing today at the Altamonte Mall location. Chantel thoroughly explained the process. She has a wonderful personality and I highly recommend Chantel for your piercing services.

Awful experience with my granddaughter. Asked for screw backs so she wouldn’t take them out and they put in regular earrings and she took them out. We couldn’t find the back of a earring for a couple of days and panic set in. Total lack of concern by this company that’s rated pr F on the BBB. Never again they’re lucky that my granddaughter didn’t the front of the earring and ripped her intestines on the way out.

Poor customer service. The lady who was at the counter acted like she didn’t want to help me find a nose ring. She was quite rude and dismissive. Her other coworker didn’t help as well. After that interaction, I wouldn’t trust them to help me with any piercings.

Great place to shop for jewelry! They even offer a no credit financing! The salesman who helped me was very attentive and helpful if you go ask for jake i think thats his name but he was great!!

Chantel was amazing! She pierced my daughters ears and was so nice and patient. I was very nervous about getting her ears done with a gun with concerns about training and cleanliness and there were no problems here. Thank you so much. We'll be back for sure
