What a great pharmacy! Every member of the pharmacy staff - from Juan, the pharmacist, to every person who answers the phone - shows a dedication to customer service. Juan, in particular, has been terrific in helping me resolve a situation with a sister pharmacy. Juan is knowledgeable, patient, kind and a pleasure to deal with. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this compound pharmacy.

Newest update, Mystery solved: Apparently my PCP office gave the pharmacy the wrong address, which no one verified until yesterday. I received a kind and concerned call yesterday from the pharmacy manager and my money was refunded. The pharmacy manager was the best working with me to resolve the issue. Thank you and sorry for the confusion.Initial issue: meds were quoted at $80. They charged $98. The meds were supposedly sent. I never received them. I called for a refund, they agreed to a refund, but when I checked my account they charged me another $98.00.

I have used this pharmacy for the last eight years for my HRT, my doctor retired last year I was forced to find a new doctor so when I brought in my new prescription the pharmacist didn't like it he didn't like the change to my script it he wouldn't fill my prescription till I finally had to call him and say just fill it I don't care how you feel, you weren't there you're not my doctor. Fast forward to 1/16 2024 drop off my script there , 1/17, i get an irate call from the pharmacist, because my doctor accidently wrote2023 instead of 2024, he called her incompetent , then tried to Accuse me of trying to pass off a bad prescription, needless to say I had to go back to my doctor because of some of the ingredients in my HRT you have to carry paper script I wasn't going back to get it from that pharmacy, so I had to go get a new paper script, The duress he caused when he called yelling no patient should have to put up with that, he needs to get his act together. never again will i use this Pharmacy.

Pharmacist Margarita G. Is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share her knowledge with the patient/consumer. She takes the time to listen and act accordingly when working with the patient. The quality of the medication is excellent and she is always striving for ways to improve the medicine’s delivery mechanism for the patient.I would highly recommend this Compounding Pharmacy and above all Margarita G. as the place for all your needs.

Just got off the phone with customer service. Ordered my medication on the 30th and they are saying it should be here tomorrow by 9pm. I have been without my meds for 5 days now. The girl who took my call was more worried about her friend in the background talking to her than answering my questions. Basic, generic answers. Looking for a new pharmacy now. Everyone wants to blame holidays or covid for their delays. When you pay over 150$ for your meds for a month, you would think they would get them to you in a timely manner.
