“I’ve been shopping at Publix for 20 years and the prices were reasonable however now they are way too high for me a senior citizen of 72 years old. I have to budget my money to cover all my expenses so now I go to less expensive stores, Winn Dixie, Aldi and cosco. The only time I go there is to buy lunch meat and cheeses and bread. I’m literally living on pennies and sacrificed many things that I was able to afford before.”

“Thank you to all the staff at Altamonte Pharmacy1 Quite the gem of a pharmacy, where I feel recognized and understood as a customer. That kind of value takes the stress out of getting medication.
We have been getting medication for my young daughter for over the last 2 years and have recently transferred my prescription from the major Walgreens chain after I realized that the service and consultation Altamonte Pharmacy provides were far superior. Whenever I walk in, they know exactly what I'm there for and very attentive to my health needs. I definitely don't feel like a number!
Sangeeta, Shivani, Leo (trying to remember all your names) and staff are very professional and very helpful. I realized having choice in your pharmacy is a real thing and highly recommend to those unhappy with their current provicer to consider making a move to Altamonte, especially, if you aren't able to recognize your pharmacist.

Juan, in particular, has been terrific in helping me resolve a situation with a sister pharmacy. Juan is knowledgeable, patient, kind and a pleasure to deal with. “This review is specifically to the bakery department. Though, I love this Publix in general. I should start by saying that I order all my cakes from Publix and I'm always super happy with the outcome. However, on this specific occasion, I thought it necessary to call out Jackie. She is one of their decorators and is quite amazing at her craft. We wanted to do a special cake for our daughter's first birthday. The theme was "Ever After" and we were wanting to use fleshy pinks, creams, and rose gold colors. Jackie spent more than 30 minutes with me on more than one occasion, and even called me the day before pickup to make sure everything was perfect. I was even able to bring in some gold butterflies, sprinkles, and edible gold foil for her to use on the cake. It was obvious that she truly enjoys sharing her special talent and wanted absolute perfection for us. Upon pickup, she even brought the cake out to the car for us. And the cake was absolutely perfect. She completely mastered the enchanted look that we were going for. Both she and Jordan, their bakery manager, were absolutely wonderful to work with. We will be going to Jackie for all future cake orders. Her passion is unlike any other decorator I've worked with over the years.”

“Switched from CVS to Publix a couple of years ago even though the CVS is much closer and have never looked back. Prescriptions as a whole have been cheaper, the pharmacy itself is easier to reach, prescriptions are filled on a more timely basis, they always have what I need in stock, and the people have always been helpful and nice. I take meds for high blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar - plus allergy meds - and Ozempic. On average Publix has been cheaper then the 90 day mail order prescription service my insurance wants me to use even after the higher copay for not going through them. Heck when I first started using them there was no charge for most of meds but that has since changed. I have no complaints. Thanks Publix!”

“This particular Publix is located in Altamonte Springs, Florida and is definitely a great supermarket to check out if you are in the general area and need to grab a few items. Publix has become the leading supermarket here in Florida and there is definitely good reason for this. They put a huge focus on customer service, they have a lot of great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs (affectionately called "Pub Subs"). I am originally from New Jersey and it is a bit strange to say that some of the area's better subs are from Publix, but it is true. My daughter was visiting from New Jersey and a sub from Publix (which she did call a "Pub Sub") was one of the tastes of home that she was craving. My go-to sub here is usually their Italin sub or their roast beef sub and I wouod recommend upgrading to using the Boar's Head meat. This particular Publix location had a good overall vibe and I would definitely recommend a visit here.”

They offer a minute clinic, drive through for prescription pick up, photo developing, passport photo services, an ATM, In-store pickup, COVID-19 Vaccines, COVID-19 testing, drug disposal, HealthHub, Immunizations, and they accept EBT snap benefits.The store is open Monday through Friday, as well as Saturday and Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. It is open on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.The MinuteClinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. It is open on Saturday from 9:00 a.m to 5:30 p.m. On Sunday, it is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.This location does not offer UPS shipping services.Other than that, the CVS is basically like every other location. I have no complaints, although it is fairly small and the area is usually busy with traffic.You may want to call ahead for services at the MinuteClinic, as it can get busy, and some services require appointments to be made ahead of time.I would recommend this location if you are in the area and looking for a CVS location.”

“My review is based off no interaction with the pharmacy. I have ordered photo prints a few times and shopped at this location. The cashier and photo staff are always quick and polite. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is pricing and variety of some items. As all other Walgreens locations it is expensive for OTC medicine, personal care items and just about everything they sell. This location has easy parking and the store is clean.”

“I was highly impressed with one associate at this particular pharmacy. His name is Larry (I had to ask the girls in the pharmacy for his name). I was shopping in the store while waiting for my prescription to be filled, when Larry was kind enough to stop and ask me if i needed help. I asked Larry a question about pricing and we both continued on our way. Now, what impressed me the most about his customer service, was the fact that about 10 minutes later, Larry saw me again and asked me if I was still doing okay and if I needed more assistance. Nowadays, as a customer, we're easily ignored, and for the fact that he was busy, stocking the shelves, he could have easily pretended to not have noticed me. Even more so, most associates (anywhere, not just cvs) would never take the time to approach you twice, feeling they've "done their job" if they made that initial greet. That day Larry made me feel liked he genuinely wanted to help me and I very much appreciated his assistance. My only regret about my shopping experience, was not receiving a customer survey on my receipt, so that I could let corporate know about Larry.”

“I was very impressed! I am from out of town and went in to refill a script forgetting it was Sunday. My home pharmacy is in a very conservative area and is closed Sunday. This Walgreens couldn't fill my prescription without being able to contact my home pharmacy. I was expecting to sit ( today, Monday) as they tried to contact my busy home pharmacy. I was VERY happily surprised ! This Walgreens had my script filled and ready! I am an out of town customer and they had gone out of their way.”
