Patrick is hands down the best realtor in the world! I couldn’t say enough great things about Patrick and how awesome it is to work with him. I’ve been a loyal buyer/seller to Patrick since 2009 and I will NEVER use anyone else for as long as he is available. He always answers your calls/texts and is always on top of everything. He never makes you feel pressured and never makes you feel like a burden (even if you’re full of questions/anxiety etc). He’s always positive and makes buying/selling as easy as it could ever be. He’s informative, smart, and gives you all the tools to make the best decisions for you. Patrick makes you feel like you’re his top priority.Thank you Patrick for another successful venture in real estate! It is always a pleasure working with you and as much as I hate moving, I look forward to any future real estate opportunity as long as you’re by my side.

Working with Patrick was a breath of fresh air in today’s world. He is honest, dependable and committed to helping you might the right decision for you (not him). He always answers the phone and knows your status/info without having to call back etc. If you’re looking for a realtor who is honest, dependable, informed and cares about your personal situation you do not need to look any further. I only gave Patrick 5 stars, because I couldn't give him 10! Patrick was an absolute dream to work with !!! His follow up and constant persistence while selling our home was so appreciated. He is a true professional in his field. He made selling our home as painless as it could be. He was always readily available, always had a positive, reassuring attitude . During our entire process, in our absence, we felt that Patrick was our agent, representing our best interest the whole time. Professionally, my husband is not always an easy man to please, and he offered Patrick a position in his company , by the time the transaction was over !!! We have already referred clients to Patrick, and will continue to do so. Buying or selling, He is our Guy ! He is Fabulous !

SOLD!! ...in 4 days (and $5k over list/asking price) with a 22-day close and a buyer from California, Patrick delivers results that pay off (pun intended) through his diligence and personal dedication. Moreover, his ability to overcome any hiccups that may arise and knowledge to mitigate any unforeseen challenges is truly amazing. Would Highly Recommend any day of the week (and twice on an Open House Sunday)!

Patrick helped make a difficult move much easier. We had a short time to find a house (moving from New Jersey to Florida). He worked with us till we found the perfect home and stayed with us through every step of the process to make sure everything remained on track. I would highly recommend Patrick to anyone.
