Great little dry cleaner with a great system that texts you when your stuff is ready, allows you to pay online, even has little pictures of everything you get cleaned! Super friendly staff and clothes always come out great.

They are rude, and the lady at the front desk treat customers with a negative attitude when you're black. Don't even doubt that they are racist. "Black people" stay away from this place.

Very pricey. $24.79 for a suit and sleeveless top. They said they’d text but never did. I had to come twice for pickup because they couldn’t find the items the first time when they were due. Will not return

WITHIN AN HOUR of my posting the below, the owner called and bent over backwards to make the situation right. I am very impressed and will continue to go to Orchid Cleaners.Started out great. Several months of great service and clothes looked great. One shirt shrunk up nearly two sizes on its second or third time being there. No offer to reimburse for money paid to ruin the shirt, much less reimburse for shirt.Services: Clothes pressing

I have gone to quite a few cleaners in central florida - but have never found one that I completely trust like Orchid Cleaners. Now I will make the drive and not go to any other cleaner. They overcharged me a king comforter price for a queen comforter. They also charged an extra $8 heavy stain fee and my comforter is still stained and discolored. Never had this issue at another cleaner that did the same comforter. I will not be using Orchid again for any services.Services: Delivery

You will not be disappointed. I live closer to the this location but would have been late for a drop off and needed my garments taylored. I called Robert at the Altamonte location and exained my situation and current location. He informed me about their downtow location and offered to not only have my garments cleaned, but had them delivered to the taylor, had them back for cleaning and in my posession before the expected date at no additional cost. His taylo was on vacation but he sent the garments to a trusted partner who knocked it out of the park for me (the taylor's price IS separate from the cleaning). This caliber of exceptional service surpassed my expectations and gained a life long client with myself and family.
