Terrible customer service, it's either incompetence or system issues that are rampant. I'm jist sending money to a fellow member, then my accounts are locked, over 3 hours talking to 3 different reps who can't seem to verify who I am much less, solve the original problem to begin with. Imagine if I traveled and having time deal with this, and now I have to show up in person to verify who I am... why even have this bank when other banks have better fraud protection, customer service, and interference?

Great service. It’s the primary location I use. They don’t have a drive thru but they are conveniently located and have great customer service. Even when there is a line it moves quickly.

I accompany my sister to this location today and we were greetd by the most Professional and Polite Banker by the name of, Heaven. As I observed Heaven's engagement with my sister and what my sister was trying to accomplish, not only did it happened, Heaven made it happened, by listening and actually hearing what the client wanted to do. It's been a very long time since we had this type of satisfying experience. Thanks Heaven!

Scheduled an appointment to take care of business for a deceased veteran. (Was constantly pushed to do everything online) After finally getting an appointment, I traveled an hour to be treated horribly and to be told they could not help me. I had to do everything online...

Outstanding Customer service- i have been with them from 2011 or 2012....especially in North Charleston, SC 29406..In north Charleston, SC -there are great folks like Mrs.Debbie, Mrs. Llinda, Great Brother very intelligent Mr. Stirling, Mrs. Janice and few others it has been a while...so i forgot other names.and now recently had a great experince in Altamonte Springs, FloridaAlways happy with the Navy Federal from Day 1- now it is going to be X years by the start of this year I guess...Anyhow normally i send for North Charleston, SC 29406 branch. This time i must send since i moved to Florida still work for Department of Navy by accident:)These two people must be appreciated in Altamonte Springs, FloridaIt was on Thursday if I recollect -i have gone many times after I moved on October 9th 2023....This last Thursday January 4th 2024...had time crunch and work pressure, it was Lunch time or sort of pretty close to end of my shift...i went to Navy Federal , it was a long line, - Ms. Heaven- hopefully it is the right name-she was sitting in front desk on that day instead of cashier- she was quick to help me how to get that deposited and Dona. She was extremely helpful. Other person who helped to get my (it is hard to put that in this social media) so fast due to ? unable to put here- he was amazing younger brother -his name was Mr. Cristian brother- very nice gentleman - on January 4th he was in the Cashier or Teller or service for depositing or so , but he helped earlier-this is a long due for him... please ensure to pass on this good note to upper management.. Manager and Assistant manager for that branch always says hello and they remember me somehow- too much Asian Indian thick accent with always smiling:) Appreciated- Please pass this on to Upper management please- Appreciated again.Sri

Always slow. Always seems like 10-15 people working in total at this location and only 1 or 2 at the inside window. Use to be the better bank around but going downhill quickly. Sad

I have been a member of NFCU since 1995 going back to my Navy days in Virginia Beach. I've never had an issue. I went into the Altamonte Springs branch, waited 30 minutes in line on a Saturday to deposit coins (some rolled, some not). The teller could not accept the unrolled coins because she said she couldn't count it without a coin counter. Really? She works at a bank. The Winter Park location can count coins without a coin counter. It is simple math.

If your military or a family member of one and your not using this bank I just have one question why not. I have had this back for a while now I switched from Bank of America and I am so happy I did. I love this credit union.
