I was a hesitant customer as I've never had my nails done before! Highly impressed. Friendly staff that made me feel comfortable. As far as my nails go, I got exactly what I asked for, so I'm a very happy camper! Thanks My Bella Nails and Spa!

They got me in immediately on a Sunday afternoon. I went in for a pedicure and SNS dip on my hands. It appeared to be sanitary and the staff was friendly. I think my pedicure went well (there are 4 tiers of pedicures) but I do wish the nails on my hands looked a bit smoother/uniform? I'll post a pic. They also post their prices on a board when you walk in which I appreciated. They had several regulars there when I went in so I imagine those folks are pretty happy with their services.

The owners are extremely friendly except this guy…This was my second time with him for a pedicure.Last time I was so disappointed that this time, I decided to voice my request.I asked him to kindly put more pressure on the massage and he literally said “no.”I really thought I heard it wrong and I asked him again and he told me that there are lots of foot massage places to go get massages…So rude.I won’t be returning.

My Bella Nails is the best place to go for a manicure & pedicure. Nam and Tran are amazing. They do everything possible to accommodate your schedule and your manicure and pedicure will always be perfect.Everyone is always professional, friendly and has a positive attitude ?

Disappointing in that the massage portion was practically nonexistent. Nails were okay. If I was truly needing a nail refresh and my regular salon was closed, might go again. Otherwise, no.

NOT to be confusedwith bella nails in Gateway Crossing.... I've been seeing Nam, Tran and the team since they were Lee nails by Lake Brantley. They are always wonderful and welcoming and do such a great job. I've even gotten acrylics in the past and it's looked amazing! Went in the other day for a much needed mani/pedi and decided to try gel nails this time and add a little heart for valentines day. I love my nails. They are holding up nicely after a few days! You are all so amazing to me, my mom and my nanny when she comes and visits. Thank you 11/10 recommend:)

the customer service is good but my nails look mid they're misshapen and the heart i asked for is off center and the gel i got in is slightly uneven.
