“I was in the area visiting and was having issues with my phone. Tanasia happened to be the only one in the store for a moderate paced day, it was maybe 5 of us in the store. She handled every one very nice and politely, even the 2 rude girls, that were upset because the store didn’t have the phone in stock. They made a big fuss, over something she couldn’t control, I don’t understand people. Anyway once they were gone, she got the rest of us in and out. She deserves a raise!”
“This was by far the BEST interaction i’ve ever had when buying a phone or switching providers. Andrew and Arie were over the top phenomenal making everything comfortable quick and easy i was very stressed walking in thinking it would be a whole ordeal like it usually has been in the past but with them it was so different i didn’t feel taken advantage of or like they were trying to sell me the whole store. They are genuine good people that kept us laughing the whole time amazing customer service i truly felt they had my best interest and this will be the only store i recommend to family and friends from now on thankyou!!”

To anyone who has had a bad experience I suggest you go back on a day that "selena" is working. She has excellent customer service and will try her best to get you what you want and need in a timely manner. She took her time with me, went over any questions I had and just over all made my experience so much better! She deserves a raise having to bring this store out of the shambles of who ever messed this one up so badly. Again I recommend selena if you're going to this store for you to get the experience you deserve !”
“I had Malik assist me pretty much as soon as I walked in the store and he was very helpful and convenient. He helped me get a whole phone setup along with everything I needed in under 15 minutes! Highly recommend and you won’t be disappointed!”
“This process took about two days as I came in evening. Kenny assisted me but I had to come back an hour later because I had to reset my iCloud password. Upon retuning I ended up with a young man with dreads and a headband, I didn't get his name, gave me a less than desirable experience. He quoted me over $100 more than what was originally quoted and was very dismissive when I brought it to his attention. He proceeded to move forward with the sale without informing me what the prompts he told me to acknowledge were for. Thankfully I stopped to read one of the agreements and I realized it was the sale. I declined the purchase and decided to wait until the following day to return and get better assistance. When I returned the next day Kenny and Esther were absolutely amazing. I had some issues with my phone and they went above and beyond to assist me and help with my new phone purchase. I was able to purchase the phone the original price that was quoted. I was very upset after dealing with the other young man but Kenny made me forget all about. The only reason this 1 star rating is a 5. The customer service from him was top tier. Thank you Kenny and Esther!!”
