“I was in the area visiting and was having issues with my phone. Tanasia happened to be the only one in the store for a moderate paced day, it was maybe 5 of us in the store. She handled every one very nice and politely, even the 2 rude girls, that were upset because the store didn’t have the phone in stock. They made a big fuss, over something she couldn’t control, I don’t understand people. Anyway once they were gone, she got the rest of us in and out. She deserves a raise!”
“I can understand everyone's reviews, I am just saying to give this store on more shot. They recently went under new management and It is a game changer ?. To anyone who has had a bad experience I suggest you go back on a day that "selena" is working. She has excellent customer service and will try her best to get you what you want and need in a timely manner. She took her time with me, went over any questions I had and just over all made my experience so much better! She deserves a raise having to bring this store out of the shambles of who ever messed this one up so badly. Again I recommend selena if you're going to this store for you to get the experience you deserve !”
